My first choice for all future visits to Tucson. Clean, bright, and well kept. All staff were pleasant to interact with and more than helpful with any questions or issues. We were traveling as part of a special event, and Gabrielle Sparkman, the sales manager, worked with us to add a special touch to the trip. The FREE breakfast had something for everyone. The managers reception in the evening had good variety and was enjoyable for snacking before going out to dinner. The pool is heated and the hot tub was nicely tucked into a corner by the building (a great wind blocker). The rooms have plenty of space to spread out between the kitchen and living room. A bonus was the thoughtful placement of outlets no matter where you sit to help power your devices. I wish the bed was larger (felt small for a queen) and felt that the sheets could have been a bit softer.
Overall this was a fantastic stay. I would absolutely recommend to anyone staying in Tucson and plan to stay again. Marriott should be proud of this location for their positive portrayal of the brand.
I've stayed in copier Residence Inn's. This one had a busy almost inner city feel to it, like a cross between a Courtyard and an RI. Still, very friendly, dependable and accommodating service! Carpets could be cleaner (just sayin') and the parking spaces felt a little tight. Oh, and they could use more luggage carts or trollies!
Very close to everything. Just a short drive to downtown. I would stay here again. The pool is of decent size and it gets to 5 ft deep. There is a nice patio area with fireplace. While in Tucson this is where I like to stay.
Hotel is starting to show a little age, but it's still a great place to stay. Great location. Access to a good number of restaurants. Mall is nearby. The staff is very warm and friendly!
Nice Place. The staff are really friendly. The gym is kinda small but there is so much outdoor activities to do you don't need it in Tucson.
Very professional and friendly staff! Clean and spacious rooms! Love their breakfast selections! Also like the gatherings they have on Mondays and Wednesdays for their customers! Definitely recommend people staying here!
The location is centrally located in Tucson, Arizona. It is close to many stores. The rooms are roomy and clean. The staff is very friendly and attentive.
This hotel is in a great location within walking distance to several nice restaurants. The housekeeping staff was fantastic, the front desk staff were very welcoming and the hospitality staff did a great job especially during the evening socials. The pool area was very nice and there was a gas grill available poolside for cooking.
Quite comfortable suites with a kitchenette. The hotel is behind a shopping mall and the road traffic is light. An excellent full sized breakfast each morning and a light dinner most evenings is included. The outdoor pool is long and rectangular with a nice pool side deck. The exercise room is small, but it works. I was able to receive faxes and shipments. The staff are professional and I was greeted by the manager my first night. An excellent hotel for the business traveler who wants to impress bean counters back at the HQ.
Nice hotel, but it is a Marriott. I generally only stay at Marriott hotels so my expectations of this one have, so far been met with 100% satisfaction. Check in was a breeze and the staff are very helpful and friendly. My only complaint so far is with some of the breakfast food. The sausage patties were extremely dry and without taste. I suspect they were way over cooked. The complimentary afternoon social appetizer spread was very nice, with chips and salsa, cheese and crackers and a nice selection of fruit. Can't wait to see what tomorrow brings.
Typical Residence Inn with fully equipped kitchens in the two room suites. Nice, clean comfortable guest room and good bed for a nice night's sleep. Breakfast in the morning and light dinner in the evening are nice value additions.
This is a great place to stay. The hotel is convenient to eating and shopping. They serve a full breakfast to help you get your day started and you wind down at the evening socal events. The suites are a good size with everything you need for an extended stay.
The best thing about this property are the people that work here. They have a fantastic staff who is always welcoming and go out of their way to make sure that everybody is taken care of throughout their entire stay. The property itself is situated in a really good location for our company's office but even if it were and additional mile or two that we would have to travel I would still encourage our employees to stay here. The rooms are spacious comfortable and clean. All the rooms have kitchenette areas that have a full range stove sink and basic utensils. There's a television that you can watch from your bed or from the living area simply by swiveling it. The bathrooms are spacious and comfortable with very large showers. There is a fantastic breakfast every day with tons of choices to eat. Monday through Wednesday evenings they also have socials that include food and beverages of the non-alcoholic or alcoholic variety.
Dear Future Guest,
I have literally have no way of describing this hotel. The property is beautiful, the staff are fantastic. When I say fantastic, they always have a smile on and this over a 2 day period.
The queen suite room is amazing! It comes with a pretty much what I would call a FULL kitchen. It even has a dishwasher. The living room separates the bedroom with a DOOR! So not this half and half stuff you see at other suite hotels.
The pool and hot tub are beautiful! Location is close to all amenities malls, food, what not. UofA is a bit far may be 5miles.
Only Con was my closet door was installed wrong. It just looks aesthetically weird but functions just fine.
I honestly don't write reviews but this place deserves it. I hope all hotels use this hotel as a role model.
