Nice Rooms excellent Service
Nice room, but there seems to be a disconnect between the hotel and what the management wants it to be. Decent buffet breakfast. Was accidentally given the keys to an already occupied room at check in, then it was fixed
I'm glad to pick up this Ramada, Robert at front desk was good helper. The room are big, clean and upgrade it The breakfast was amazing! !!! My children loved. Thank you Ernesto and all staff . See you soon 😊
We stayed at the Ramada Tucson East overnight because we wanted to spend a day exploring Mt. Lemmon. We were placed in room 218 which was a very nice and comfortable room. We really only have 2 complaints. #1 there is not enough parking around the hotel. Our room was on the east side where there was zero parking. The only available parking in the rear (South) was a few places at the far west end. I was forced to park at the very front of the hotel (north) and than walk around. You are forced to walk in the parking lot because the sidewalk doesn't continue which was poor planning imo. #2 The hotel has problems with their LG TVs. They are aware of the problem, but instead of fixing or replacing them, they force their customers to repeatedly turn them on and off until they work. Other than these 2 things, our stay was very pleasant. he staff was very friendly and helpful, the lobby was attractive and comfortable. Everything appeared clean. The pillows were all too thick for my taste, but I suspect most would appreciate that.
Great staff. Definitely the best hotel I have stayed at for a work trip. Breakfast is fantastic. The room was great. Bed was comfortable and the TV was very nice.
