Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Staff was excellent, particularly the staff at breakfast. Service at the evening reception was personable and professional.

Gorgeous suites and a beautifully quiet environment and area of North Tucson. I was only taken aback by missing white noise or a fan or something in the bathroom. I'm so used to that room not being dead silent when I flip the switch. I'm sure there was probably a button somewhere

Everything in Tucson seems to be far away from each other. That being said, this hotel is a nice central location to most things in the city. The hotel is wonderful, great service, many many amenities. So clean and comfortable.

Nestled on the side of a small hill in an upscale neighborhood. The staff was very friendly and accessible if you had any requests.
The view from this hotel is beautiful and it's an ideal spot for those traveling to Mt. Lemmon for any excursions.response / report this review -

This is a great place to stay on business and, I'm assuming, vacation. The rooms are modern and very well kept. Breakfast is delicious and the reception service at night is fantastic. The hotel staff is top quality and the grounds are well kept. The hotel is conveniently located the fast food, restaraunts, and shopping. It's on an intersection that leads right into the city. 5/5 stars, I'll be staying here often.

The room had an amazing view of the pool area as well as the mountains nearby. The breakfast service is extremely well done, many options for a somewhat picky person like me. The service at the front was more than excellent and I would come again. The price is a bit high but the service and quality of the hotel matches it.

Everything was marvelous! My digital key worked well the entire trip, the staff was well informed and breakfast was clean and quick. The reception was fun, it was my first dinner stay with any embassy and it was amazing! My room was large as I had a couple family members visit me while I was in town, it was the perfect size for a quick reunion. My view was amazing, I chose a pool view but I also recieved a nice mountain view on the 3rd floor. Thank you Tucson Embassy suites for the memories!

This hotel is so close to the Catalina foothills and so beautiful if you get can a room with view. Breakfast omlette is fantastic. Sipping coffee on the balcony with the view of the mountains is unbelievable.

It's excellent..we go all the time wheather it's in Tucson or Phoenix..we always enjoy our stay..my kids love staying there with thete family an kids toolove the breakfast and happy hour

The Embassy Suites Tucson-Paloma village is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable and the hot, cook to order breakfast is amazing. We have loved our stay.

Embassy Suites had a great location for me and a nice room. Mike, at the Front Desk was very helpful and recommended good restaurants. Mike spent over an hour helping me start my dead battery on my motorcycle. Thank you again Mike. Staying there was very pleasant.
