This is an extremely beautiful hotel near great shopping and great food. The hotel grounds, especially the orange Grove in the back make for a nice quiet place to walk around. The pool and hot tub area are large and clean. There is also a decent restaurant on site with many more within a short walk. The hotel staff are always friendly, and it's a welcome surprise that a hotel this far from the airport has an airport shuttle. The rooms are comfortable and include a living room area, bathroom, and bedroom, with doors between each. A TV in both the bedroom and the living room makes so the whole family can watch whatever they want. There is a balcony to relax on, and a microwave and refrigerator for leftovers from dinner.

Great service, awesome views, peaceful patios with fire burning pits after 6p. Our Room was very spacious and comfortable. I enjoy their complimentary ride service to an outside restaurant. I recommend this hotel even for a night's getaway!

Wasn't aware of the orange garden area in the back; until my little cousin's wedding recently. And I have been going there for years! It was beautiful and the perfect location! Staff was absolutely helpful during the entire event as well during cocktail hour and dinner. Thank you.

Large large suite of rooms very neat and clean, however a little dated. Separate shower and tub facilities within the large bathroom which had two individual sinks was great, however with my mom being a little older the suggestion would be to add some grab bars to the shower and tub areas. Easy access to the building and two local stores bars and restaurants in the immediate area. The paperwork read that we could have towels changed only as we place them on the floor, the towels were changed daily.

They called the police on myself and my daughter for no reason. The hotel clerk decided 'something was wrong' because my daughter did not look like me so I must have abducted her. After an hour of having the cops in our hotel room in the middle of the night they finally left when it was determined my 5 year old daughter was indeed mine. Sad world.
Oh, it was a 'guest; that called the police. Well, who gave them the ROOM NUMBER? YOU. Stop trying to down play your mistake. SCUM.
My daughter was scared and confused. I was treated like a criminal and my belonging searched for weapons and drugs. I do not have any of those things I have visitation to my daughter once a month for a weekend an you ruined it with you insane BS.
ATTENTION FUTURE GUESTS!!!!!! Don;t get too comfortable. You just might have the police kicking down your door, for no reason.
I was promised a 'call from the manager' to explain. Of course, he never called. COWARD, SCUM.
All we wanted was to play in the pool and to have our daddy/baby time. Thank you for destroying it, and charging me for the stay.
I am an electronics engineer, A totally normal guy. I don't wear gang stuff, I don't wear insignia which will identify me as anything other than average, A totally normal guy, who has been tagged as a 'criminal'
or something by this hotel. What will they do to YOU!!!!!!!????

The food was excellent! Had bacon and eggs. Though I didn't stay at the hotel and was only attending an insurance event in a conference room, the staff was friendly, prompt, and helpful in directing me where to go to get to my meeting and in servicing my food / drink needs during the meeting. The room was well air conditioned and despite the large attendance was very comfortable.

The Hotel room are great. Good looking set up. Very clean, i will stay here for now on when ever I come to Tuscan. I love this place, everything is around it, restaurants, shops, coffee and more.

We had 4 guests check in and only 1 towel in our room. We called the front desk to request more and they never came. Our coffee maker was missing parts so no coffee for us in the morning. The room was nice, but had a mildew/ stale smoke smell. It was ok for the 1 night we needed a place to sleep. Kids enjoyed the pool

Your staff is courteous. The layout of the hotel is odd but design depends on size of property. If you don't arrive early don't expect a close spot. When my family and I got to the elevator, we couldn't all fit in (we had a stroller) so a second trip was needed. When we arrived to our room, the air conditioning was on so it was pleasant to walk in but on the downside we found 3 insects of the flying nature (NOT bed bugs) but it is the beginning of August so bugs come with the heat. Now for the room decor and flooring. Yes, the rooms are a bit out of date with 2017, the lamps feel old school but they do their job, the alarm clock looks to be from the 1970's and I'm fairly sure I used that style phone in 1987 but on the plus side the flat screens are in this decade so it's not all out of touch. The doors in the sink and shower area stick so bad I thought I was going to break them upon opening them. The carpeting is of the typical hotel design and a little worn in the high traffic areas but it's carpet. The beds are good and get the job done. Hey we pay to sleep in a quiet, cool, safe place with good amenities. If you want to stay in a real dive to complain about, go to North Hollywood and sleep at the price is right hotel. After you've spent counting the patched bullet holes in the wall, an air conditioner the sounds like it wants to take flight and a night sleeping with your clothes on you wouldn't have anything but praise for the Radisson in Tucson.

Bedding was fresh and nice. Room layout was quirky, but older places don't have much flexibility with layout, so that's ok. Living suite TV was still a tube/CRT. Bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired. Shower still had long dark hairs on walls. Shower pan had footprints of 'historic' guests. Unsure if that was a 'feature' but they didn't mention it in any brochures. Personally, I prefer just a clean, unadorned shower pan.

Service was great, very friendly and welcoming. Pool area can get loud but is easily unnoticed. Got the nachos for room service and they were amazing! Rooms were nice and clean. Overall a really great stay

The staff here is very nice, friendly and inviting. The buffet and bar are also very nice and enjoyable. However the rooms are very old dated and falling apart. Door knobs falling off, lights broken, cracks in the wall, old dirty carpet. Some of the beds are not very comfortable. There was literally a naked child in the pool. I will say this, the staff really cares about the guest ! I am so pleased by how well we were treated in spite of the problems with our room we would stay again because the staff and management were so good to us!!

Having a wedding here is beyond perfection. I worked with Isabel, the wedding coordinator. She was an absolute doll. She was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend everyone consider this venue for your wedding and a nights stay. The grounds are gorgeous and the service was superb!

Booked here when our normal hotel was full. Overall this is a nice property. Room was nice with a closed door for the bedroom. This is an all suites hotel. The pool looked great and a fire pit was running when we checked in. The only downsides to this hotel is how large the property is. We happened to get a room in the very back and the top floor so it took a while to walk there. The room service ends at 10PM but you can still order food at the bar. We would stay here again when in Tucson.
