The room was nice, and the lobby was nice and provided a decent complimentary breakfast in the morning. However, I stayed in the upstairs loft and it was pretty cold up there; the heating system didn't seem to affect the upstairs room.

I can't pinpoint what it was that made this place feel like a hastily erected movie prop, but it did. That didn't affect my stay, though: the suite was huge, the kitchen was clean and big and fully functional, the beds and showers were spotless. The front door handle didn't work well, and some of the interior doors didn't latch at all, but it was still a good room.

We stayed at Sonesta ES Suites in Tucson, Arizona for a stay that exceeded 30 days for an unexpected and unplanned emergency. We were looking for a safe, quiet, comfortable, and clean place. Sonesta ES Suites exceeded our expectations. The property was well kept, even when there were many guests staying at the property. Maintenance and the Front Desk were very responsive and helpful. Anytime we called and requested maintenance or requested assistance from the front desk, we received a quick and immediate response. The rooms were clean and well kept. We had modern appliances in a fully functional kitchen; our kitchen was equipped with a stove, oven, full size refrigerator, a microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. The property was well guarded, as there was always on-site security. The location was very quiet, with the absence of a loud noises. Our room was thoroughly cleaned each week of our stay, and “light” cleanings were completed throughout the week. This location is quite close to many places to eat and shop, and it is less than 10 minutes to Tucson Medical Center--making it an ideal location for an extended stay. We are so glad that we chose to stay at Sonesta ES Suites in Tucson, Arizona.

Everything about our suite was amazing! We loved everything in our room and they really go out of their way to make sure you feel as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Staff was nice. Place was clean and the quiet. Breakfast was ready at 7 in the morning. Different hot breakfast options each morning. You can choose cold breakfast too if you wanted that option.

Staying at ES suites was in this hotel's guest opinion too short. This is because we loved it. Things we like the room was large open layout bed couch and even a fireplace. Top it all off it had full kitchen including dishwasher.
Would recommend highly to any guests who might stay 3 plus night to get the full value.
With that being said if we had to even just one night in a hotel again it would be here.response / report this review -

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The continental breakfast exceeded our expectations. The setup of the room with a separate bedroom and bath in the loft is great for those who have more than 2 people staying. We had four adults and a toddler and each couple had their own private space with a bathroom. Perfect for our needs.
