Just celebrated my parents 45 wedding anniversary during brunch. What an amazing staff! Crysta n her team did an amazing job w the cake. Thanks for making our event a memorable one!

We were there for the Christmas tree lighting ceremony. It was a great event. All the staff were super helpful. They had hot apple cider and got chocolate. As well fresh roasted chestnuts. They also had a variety of cookies that were yummy. They had a Santa Clause and Mrs. Clause that took great photos. And they gave a photo to you with a frame. All in all a fun event. Get there early though it was very busy.

Went to a Big Brother Big Sister fun raiser. It was a lot of fun. The food was great. We started out in an outdoor space with a casino. Then went I to the ballroom for dinner. I would absolutely recommend the location for any events. I wish there was a little more parking however.

The seamless meld of luxury and natural beauty is unprecedented. From the moment you drive up you are greeted with friendly, knowledgeable staff ready and willing to tend to your every need. Not one question was left unanswered after checking in. The Concierge was most helpful in arranging meals and room service for my wife and I who were celebrating 10 years of marrage. I look forward to returning to this breathtaking resort.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Staff is super friendly and the grounds are amazing. Only complaints I have were that the room had an outside hallway (with lots of bugs) and you can tell that the building is a little on the older side (rust, old fixtures, etc), however the rooms are recently remodeled.
Oh, and the bathtubs will make you realize you never want to go home.response / report this review -

Great staff, amazing views, and huge pool. My wife and I came to Loews for a birthday stay-cation. We were so impressed with this gem in our own back yard. Bathtub was huge, and the view fro. Our room was breathtaking. We will definitely go back very soon with the kids.

We visited as part of a marriage retreat. Check-in was easy. The room is very nice; ours had two queen beds, a wonderful bath/shower combo, and a balcony. The sloped landscaping meant that even though we were on the third floor, we had walkout access to parking. The in room amenities (shampoo, soap, etc) were good quality. As part of the group package, we got to enjoy the on-site dining facilities for breakfast (buffet) and lunch (private buffet). Both meals, the staff made sure my wife, who has some food allergies, had many options. We would happily stay here again.

Rooms and service are great. They r pet friendly and we bring our dogs with us every time. Great food at the restaurants as well as by the pool. Very nice and relaxing place which is any we choose this place for our mini getaways when we have the same weekends off

I have been to Loews multiple times and love it every time! It had gorgeous views, super helpful staff, clean, luxurious rooms and delicious food. My husband and I love to go to the Sunday brunch. I have yet to go and have been service. They also are very accommodating with gluten-free needs. I recommend this resort 100%! Oh I almost forgot about the jacuzzi sized bathtub. You could probably fit 4 people in that bathtub!

Absolutely beautiful resort. Best of everything was the attentive staff. My wife and I were celebrating our 10th anniversary and they went out of their way to congratulate us. A personal experience in a mass market era really goes the extra mile.

The amenities were great and the service was wonderful. Hard to beat the view of the city lights from our room. Any issues we had were addressed immediately. Would definitely stay again.

This place is amazing! If you wander around you'll see architecture and landscapes that make the surrounding area feel magical. There's tennis, golf, swimming, spas, and nice lounges that serve food and beverage, along with the weekend hosting live band performances! If you have time come here!
