We arrived about 10pm at night and l had booked the wrong day. Not good.
Sherri at the front desk changed everything and got me set up with the correct day. What a sweetheart, she was amazing. We loved the room we had, it was very clean, we were very pleasantly satisfied with our accommodations. We will for sure be back again Thank you Sherri 😁

Undergoing renovations as of 7/17. Hotel is outdated but quaint. Nice view and quiet when no contractors there. Manager was accomadating, staff is nice. Free parking, a cereal/muffin type breakfast. Partial view of ocean, 5m walk down the hill for access.

I had a business trip checked in and the receptionist was very friendly but when I go to my room it smells like mold and smoke I asked for another room and the other room smelled like mold and smoke and she blamed it on how old the hotels were & that all the other hotels in the area smelled the same way which was a lie. The fridge was placed in the bathroom kind of very sketchy, borderline trailer park trash and an unhygienic place to have a fridge next to the bathtub/toilet. The rooms did not look as described in the picture and when I try to take a Jacuzzi the water splattered in all directions into the ceiling around the whole bathroom it was insane it was like it was flooding. When I left I realized that I left my charger behind. I called back several times and no one answers the phone and eventually I reached some lady & I explained that I left my charger behind and that you know if my chargers not there that some staff may have taken it. She got very defensive told me my fortune that you know people of left expensive items then it's been retrieved in the past and she said good luck finding your charger and she hung up the phone on me. Honestly I don't need to spend my money at a place where people are so rude obnoxious and get treated like a bum. I'm not sure how the front desk lady got her position because she has no human resources skills and she has no patience and she's on the defense so she needs to figure out or fix the psychological problems and then try to deal with the public. Almost certainly be going to Better Business Bureau and putting my nasty experienceon social media.

not willing to work with the customer. poor customer service. I wanted to add my wife to the room so she could relax while I was in a conference and they would not allow her to come and check in without me there, even though I called ahead of time and requested it.
Additionally, I needed to leave the conference early and I was not able to stay the last night and charged me full price for the room because I didn't cancel 48 hours in advance.
I asked if I could maybe get a credit for another time, since they could still book the room for the night and they said no and hung up on me. They seemed too busy to be bothered with niceties.

We checked in and woman was rude. This has a great location to beach and shops, but room had mouse droppings and funny smell. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the bathroom had water damage along the wall. Don't think I will stay here again. Had to sleep with the light on.

LOVED this hotel so much! Rooms extremely cleanbeds comfy1/2 Block to the most beautiful secluded private beach ever free parkingcontinental breakfastBeach supplies for the guests to use was a huge plus! Hotel staff was very very nice ! Can't wait to return..
