The annual holiday luncheon for my company was held at the Monarch Beach Resort. The resort is beautiful. The holiday decor was stunning. The staff was friendly and very professional. The property was very all manicured and the event room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The food was beyond excellent. We had a very enjoyable and memorable time at the resort.
We visited monarch beach resort for a wedding. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The ballroom was a generous size and staff was extremely friendly. The only minor downside to this was the location of the bathroom in relation to the ball room. Otherwise had a great time.
For a work finance related conference. Food was great. Hotel was really beautiful. Valet parking was fairly quick. At one point they did manage to run out of beer in the bar, but managed to restock within the hour. Bring sunglasses!
Room was amazing. Beautiful bathroom with TV speakers piped into toilet. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Lots of special touches. Beautiful pool. Room service was slightly lacking. Overall a very nice stay.
I will admit, I thought my stay was for the most part amazing. I had Room 538 in the North wing facing the pool and the view was Immaculate, of the grand lawn and the main pool area. Speaking of the pool, it was a beautiful area, with 3 hot tubs and 2 large pools, however the pool got very crowded. I found the food to be fine, however I wish there were more breakfast options. I also found that oftentimes I could hear outdoor events because there is a large patio to the side of the main lawn. And finally, the only reason I am apprehensive about staying here again is the price. This was not a cheap hotel, combined with flight costs overall this was an expensive, albeit very serene vacation. Would stay again, if only the prices were a bit lower. But, You get what you pay for for the most part
This was one of the worst experiences of our lives. The management does not care about anything except charging you ridiculous fees for rooms that are substandard. There is absolutely no customer service and when they talk to you, they are nothing but rude people. DO NOT stay here Please. There are so many other places with better management, customer service, rooms, and views. Don't waste your money on supporting these people.
This hotel was something of a first experience as the valet for parking was exceptional and all the people for service was really nice. I attended this place for the latitude 2017 event. The place where the event is held is amazing in its own right and the location is great.
We stayed for our anniversary but no one told us there were renovations going on and we couldn't use any of the spa facilities. We did go to the restaurants which were fine - overpriced for the quality of food, cerviche was canned seafood with tomato sauce - terrible.
With no response from the feedback form I filled out when we left, I wrote the publicist and received a gift voucher in the mail for two nights stay - what i did not realize is the gift voucher expired so I tried to use it and I was told it expired - and also the hotel has changed its name to the Monarch and will not extend the voucher. Their idea of customer service is atrocious and it is not worth spending your hard earned money there. Go somewhere that appreciates customer loyalty. This hotel is pretentious because they spent on extravagant upgrades but they lack in food quality, customer service and overpriced spa treatments.
Beautiful property and friendly staff, for the most part. My wife and I booked this for our honeymoon but no one told us they had a conference going on at the same time. Some of the restaurants were closed on certain nights because of "private events". They advertise live jazz music on Thursday evenings and even sent us a text message that afternoon reminding us to "join them" for live music. When we arrived there was no music and they said it was a "system error" and it wasn't busy enough to have live music. Could've been a nice family trip but pretty disappointed for a honeymoon.
Absolutely love this venue. The staff were extremely hospitable and accommodating. The rooms were exceptional. The area itself embodies a sense of relaxation and mindfulness. Loved my stay at Monarch Beach Resort!
A breathtaking resort you MUST see for yourself! The outstanding structure and architecture is something you must see in person. The views are something a lot of places lack, I was blown away and shocked how amazing it was, definitely worth my stay 😎
Absolutely beautiful property. One the the best views in the area. The rooms are inviting and the service is excellent.
Monarch Beach resort is a lovely place. They have some nice amenities especially the shallow pool for young kids.
While they have a rather convenient mini-shuttle that can take you to and from the beach, the resort isn't on the beach, which is sort of misleading when it comes to the name of the hotel.
Either way, it's a nice place and a nice getaway.
I was blown away by the beauty, it was like a day in a dream. The service was amazing and the staff made me feel at home. I would recommend if you play golf, you definitely should have this course on you list. It was easy to relax and play probably the best game of golf I ever played!
I had the best time at Monarch Beach. Just perfect! From valet to my check in. All very gracious and attentive to my needs. My room was just beautiful with a view of the pool, ocean and golf course. Breath taking views. It was a perfect stay. Restaurants' menu very enticing. Hap lamb chops in Aveo and they were cooked to perfection.
