Excellent price. Nice clean comfortable rooms, quiet atmosphere, beautiful landscaping and pool area with cute gazebo. And dog friendly. Beach access just across the street and next to Ralph's store. Hotel in on PCH beautiful sunsets

Great hotel, awesome location! I only one have complaint the fire alarm in my room was going off all night room 69 had to take it part. I told the front desk in the morningand the lady had it fix. But told me I was going to be reimbursed my hotel points for the night from IHG. Still havent seen them its been about a month.

Location is amazing. Very close to downtown. Front desk service as amazing. Room service was great as will. Rates are appropriate for location and amenities.

Not the best, not the worse either. I would stay there again as a 2nd or 3rd choice. The workers where kind and knowledgeable of the area.

Wonderful hotel and staff. Great management and super cute and cozy rooms. The courtyard is beautiful, location is perfect because you can walk to the beach and all the tasty restaurants in the area. Highly recommend!!!

An intimate and unique boutique hotel located right on PCH and conveniently situated across the street from Ralphs Supermarket, Orange Inn and a short walk to Driftwood Kitchen on the beach. The hotel is not your typical Holiday Inn design, but rather a California mission-inspired two story hotel with a courtyard pool, lounges, ample parking and space for a new restaurant (Italian restaurant is closed as of the writing of this review). The staff is very friendly and international and the interior and exterior gardens are well maintained.

I loved that it still seemed like a local small hotel even though it was a Holiday Inn. The room was nice and cozy, very comfortable. The pool had a great temperature! I was able to check in early. However the room was very humid. I couldn't manage to get it cool and the windows don't open. Also, I was told that King size bed rooms were fully booked. However, when I walked around 11pm there were several king beds available.

My new wife and I just stayed here and they were incredible. They allowed our wedding photographer and us the time and ability to take pictures in the lobby and we're incredibly accommodating and kind to ourselves and the bridal party with us. We stayed there for one night and it was wonderful. It was just a short walk from everything.

Rooms were clean and service was absolutely great. The hotel is located a walking distance from a number of excellent restaurants and Laguna Beach's main street.

Great location. I tried to book an accessible room online but could not so I went with a regular room. They offered my choice of accessible when I got there which worked out well. There are several steps in the front entrance, for wheelchair access you'll need park in the 1st set of handicapped spaces in the lot and get buzzed in at the gate.
