Recently renovated rooms, so that's a plus. Super comfy beds. Heater smelled strongly of burning hair so I had to turn it off after about 30 seconds. Pretty clean, just don't look too closely at the bathtub or light switches.

Yesterday i had a very long , exhausting day and the employees made me feel comfortable (Juan and Maria) . The manager seemed welcoming and i would come back for service if i had too. I recommend the hotel the price is great and i was able to have my dog stay as well with no problem. I rate this motel 2 thumbs up.

This place is disgusting, prostitutes walking all over, everywhere you go somebody asks you for something. And the maids stole out of my room. Worst family vacation ever!!!!!

Beds are lumpy..roaches. they are a pet friendly hotel but they don't have a section of rooms for people with pets so you could conceivably be next door to someone with pets as we were. The staff was very friendly and accommodating but definitely would not stay here again

There are many faces to this so called " RED ROOF INN " from a distance on the outside it seems to be a nice & clean & well maintained. But when you get in you find things like what is in my pictures plus i also forgot to take one of all the rotting wood on the outside from water leaking off of the ice machine from upstairs and besides that it makes it slippery. And some of the staff that works there are rude not all of them are like that I have talk to and had to deal with some of them that were actually doing a good job but just like any other place the bad ones make the good ones look bad. One of the two pictures is a picture of the toilet that was broken & they used some kind of silicone to badly seal it. Instead of replacing the tank and the other one is of just some of the broken tile i found. Will i go back definitely not

Tucked away from main thoroughfares, but all but a stone's throw from the Pomona Fairplex (NHRA Winter Nationals), Raging Waters Theme Park and just a short run down the freeway to Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm is the Red Roof Inn - San Dimas Fairplex.

I have enjoyed stays of two days to two weeks and find the modest facility and its employees warm and friendly; prices have gone up recently, but one might be hard-pressed to find any other facility in the area to be as competitive and as enjoyable as that which I write about today!

I love the red roof inn it's always a pleasure to stay here. Everything is close by stores are walking distance Mc Donald's, jumping jacks, it has a pool, my son loves staying here I hate to leave when it's check out time!!

Affordable rate, able to book on short notice, pleasant courtyard environment, polite staff, clean rooms. Only minor downside (to me and my family) was an unexpected increased presence of pets.

Really nice place. It's very hidden so the atmosphere is quiet. Room is clean, nicely decorated and has a kitchenette. For the price, it is definitely better choice than the competitor. I would recommend to others and I would definitely stay again

Good location, close to lots of shops and restaurants. The front desk was so helpful and friendly! The rooms smell a little old and seem a little dirty but other than that it's not bad.

The worst. This motel lets anyone stay for very long periods of time. For a chain, this is one of the most run down properties I have stayed in.

1. They claim to have remodeled rooms. Not true. Most of the rooms are old.
2. They finally have security to patrol the parking lot as of May 2017.
3. People let their young kids run in the outside hallways without an supervision.
4. Walls are paper thin.
5. Lock your car doors, do not leave any valuables.
6. Noise complaint? They will ignore you.
7. Young kids working the front of the motel without an experienced supervision.
8. Dirty and unkept.
9. Leaky bathrooms, shower heads that do not work properly.

The corporate Red Roof does not check there franchisees properties. They simply collect the royalty and look the other way. Budget is budget. Budget doesn't mean run down, noisy, let anyone stay properties.

Unacceptable. Classless. Budget does not mean a property like this.

The manager should walk every single room to check that everything is in proper working order.

Clean for the MOST part. Smelled strongly of smoke!!! Employees are very nice and helpful. WiFi is bad. It was good enough for our quick mini vacation to two amusements parks, we were only ijn the rooms to shower and sleep. Good places to eat in the area.
Also, the roof isn't red.

We opted for a non remodeled room to save a few bucks because we weren't gonna be in the room very long Got in bout 10pm and left before 6. With that said we expected it to not be perfect Stained floors, holes in the wall, peeling wallpaper, dated decorations were all in the realm of the expected (to an extent) even the smell was not too terribly surprising However the stained and hole ridden sheets, pee stains on the bathroom walls, lack of a shower curtain, yellow nicotine stains all up the walls and on the ceiling, the toilet that didn't flush, years of gunky build up on all the tables, sticky bathroom floors, black mold all in the shower, and stains all over the walls, doors, and floors were not in the realm of expected It appeared that the room hadn't been cleaned in years other than having the linens changed out We ended up leaving an hour earlier than we planned on with no showers. Now we're rushing home hoping to get cleaned up after having to spend the night in that disgusting of a room. Only gets 2 stars because at least there were no bugs. Would not stay there again and especially regret taking the kids there. It's not sanitary and if there had been any other option we would not have stayed the night there.
