I give the nice mature lady at checkin a 5star always had a smile on her face, very pleasant, always spoke, always willing to help, just a breathe of fresh air. Also, the ladies that worked the breakfast dinning service, so pleasant, so nice, wonderful personalities, always smiling and very helpful. But, it wasn’t enough to overlook the shabby & sketchy maid service (as I leave a tip anytime I desire room service. I shall say no more..), the scent of smoke that affects my allergies, and most of all the rude men that never spoke, very unfriendly, dry, and never smiled, especially the older one: Being nice cost us $0, go figure. Oh, the beds are very comfortable.

It is impossible to sleep in this hotel. I am here for work and the past 2 of my 3 night stay I have had barely a wink. The room is hot and musky, the fan does not stay on even when put on constant mode. All night and morning there is activity outside of the door. People are loud and inconsiderate of the sign on the door requesting quiet.
The nearby room doors, as well as the exit/entrance door on the side of the building, are constantly slamming. You can hear employees entering a keycode to enter a room across the hall several times at all hours. So far the only thing I can positively credit this hotel with is cleanliness. Maybe this hotel should consider sound proof doors.

Im a truck driver I was looking for somewhere to rest for the night With all hotels in a 5 mile radius totally packed because of hurricane Irma, i managed to snag a room here. Staff super friendly rooms clean. Couldn't have asked for more! Great stay highly recommend.

Breakfast is good. Pancakes taste great. They have a nice variety that changes throughout the week. You van make a bacon egg and cheese bagel or just some scrambled eggs. The beds vary from room to room, some are soft, and some are stiff.

We were there last night
The hotel is very nice, kind front desk guy name Tim, was really nice.
Explained everything to us and help us to feel comfortable.
The room tho was not the most clean, we did found on the top of the toilet seat cover, hairs like from beard.. This shouldve been clean better

Beside that we had nice time

Good location off 75 close to everything, gas, shopping, walmart and about 10-15 minute drive to the beach. But this Holiday Inn Express really needs some updating, it's kind of dark and drab but the plus side it was very clean and the staff was friendly. The pool was clean and felt great. Not sure if I would stay here again only because I like more of a updated decor but no real complaints all in all!

Over hotel was great. Nice staff, rooms, location, etc. The reason I deducted 1 star was because the a/c in the room was crazy. When it was running, the room was freezing. But when it turned off, it was very warm. It was hard to sleep.

Cannot recommend this hotel. I travel a lot for work and have learned to spot the signs of complacency - and this hotel is no exception. The hot tub didn't work at all during my stay - the aeration only worked 1 day and the heat never did. It may be Florida but sometimes you want a hot soak. The TV never worked during my stay - every channel, no exception, just froze about every 20-30 seconds - on every channel. Both were mentioned to staff and it was implied that these were known issues. If it's a known issue, how about - I dunno fixing them? As others have mentioned, the walls at this hotel are *ridiculously* thin - I could hear every word of normal-room-volume conversations in the next unit - which obviously means they could hear mine. That's fabulous. The lobby staff are nice and appear to be doing the best they can under circumstances (such as management's apparent lack of desire to maintain the place) but they can't make up for the shortcomings of the facility itself. I would avoid this location until they can demonstrate a desire to fix things that need it.

This was a great place to stay. Traveling for business and really knew nothing about the area. Me and my coworker was greeted by Saul at check in. To say he is awesome is an understatement. He made our stay the best!! He went out of his way to not only point out great local places to eat and shop, he even printed us up maps. He was always in the best mood and always smiling. He is the reason we would stay here again!!
