We stayed during Hurricane Irma, and the staff was amazing. They lost power for a few hours, but that's not bad considering we were in the path of the storm. We ended up staying a whole week because we didn't have power at home. Let me just say they went above & beyond my every expectations to keep everyone comfortable & safe. It was a very stressful time and I'm so thankful for them.
This hotel has a nice little pool, clean room and decent breakfast bar. Almost everyone was pleasant and welcoming and I would give this hotel a higher rating but I had a terrible experience with the woman (manager) at the front desk when I asked for a rollaway to be sent to the room. She questioned why I needed it, didn't like my answer and explained that the room would "have to all be rearranged" in order to fit the extra bed in the room. That wasn't true. When I persisted she said "fine" and "have a wonderful day" in a sarcastic voice. When the lady came from housekeeping with the bed she reassured me it was no trouble and does that type of thing all the time. She was super nice!
We won't be staying here again.
The Hotel was fine and the room was fine. The desk help was terrible. Juan checked me in and refused to honor the rate under which the Hotel was booked. Juan appeared to have decided to be right, rather than helpful. Instead of attempt to resolve the problem, he walked away from me to help another guest, and left me standing at the counter.
In the end another employee came and checked me in with very little effort, as should have been done in the first place.
My experience was very disappointing.
The hotel is nice, typical Fairfield uncomfortable furniture, would have been nice to be greeted by a fire in the fireplace, but the gentleman at the desk was wonderful!!
Now, breakfast. Not the worst we've ever had, but certainly high in the running!!! Cold, over-cooked eggs, dreadful turkey sausage (also cool and over-cooked), weird waffles with cold butter. It was nice to have poppy seed bread and good coffee. Management needs to eat here or bring in secret shoppers!! It's becoming as though Marriott doesn't care about Fairfields anymore!!! This isn't unusual for them!!
I had a great experience, staff is always friendly, rooms are very clean and comfy I love this place!
Great hotel! Comfortable rooms, very spacious. Excellent place to stay.
This hotel is relatively new. Several years old I think. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Rooms seem a bit smaller than some other Fairfield's I've been in but are always clean and nice.
Location is convenient to fast food, a Cracker Barrel, and gas stations. Being right off the interstate is convenient as well.
I stayed two nights at Fairfield Inn in Venice, Florida with my family, driving from Miami, to attend the birthday celebration of a family friend living close by. It's situated right off I75 at exit 193. The place is clean with a contemporary style. I had a room for four guests and it was roomy. My kids loved the video apps access for the television and so did I; especially the option to sign in to my Hulu Plus and Netflix accounts. Continental breakfast is complimentary and I was pleasantly surprised at the good quality of the food. The pool accommodate a decent amount of guests, and the fitness center is quite small but it fit my needs quite well. I truly enjoyed my stay that was made more special with the great customer service and professionalism of the staff regardless of their functions. This was my first time at Fairfield inn and it won't be my last.
Nice place when you dont have enough beds for your visitors. Clean and i always love a quick free breakfast before the day begins.
We had a very nice stay. The location was perfect for going to the beach. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice and accommodating. With a large family, the breakfast was a huge hit. We will stay there again.
The Fairfield Inn & Suites was extremely comfortable and the people who worked there were even nicer. The location was nice due to it being close to nearby restaurants. The rooms were very cozy and welcoming and they had given plenty of towels(which was a perk because most only give you two or three). The free breakfast, and all day coffee, was delicious and there was many choices to choose from. Everything was in great quality. The free coffee, or tea, was being served all day and night. The coffee was very much needed and so good. The best part about the Fairfield Inn & Suites was the service. All the workers were exceedingly kind and welcoming. They always made sure you had what you needed. We spent the night here so that we could hit the beach again the next day to find more shark teeth. Luckily we found 14! But the hotel to me was definitely a highlight of the weekend. My friends and family had a great time!
This place was the best. I stay at alot of hotels and this one was sweet. I'm usually just stay overnight so not a longevity stayer. With that said beds are super comfortable, breakfast was great and hospitality was top notch. I would recommend to anybody. Love my Marriott.
Love, love, love this place. We have been looking for a home in the area to re-locate my parents for over a year, so we stay here. The front desk know them by voice on the phone.
