What a fiasco. We purchased a bed and couch. The new salesman ordered the wrong thing. Understandable. However, it took us 4 weeks and 4 visits to the store to get the right thing ordered, redo the charges and take delivery. Be aware there is no negotiating if you have been through the wringer like we were. Once they take your money, you just have to cross your fingers and hope things work out. The delivery finally came but they didn't get to our house until 6:30 after we waited around all afternoon. Then, we tried to contact the manager about our billing problems and she didn't call us for almost a week and only, after we kept calling her day after day. If they had dealt directly and honestly with us, we wouldn't have been so angry. We will never shop there again.

We purchased a couch in Nov 16 was damaged when delivered. They came out did a repair in Dec 16. We live here seasonally. Before we were leaving in may we noticed it was again falling apart. They came out and repaired again. They took all of maybe 5 minutes to do so. We left the next day until we came back in Nov. After being home one month I noticed again the couch was falling apart called they again are sending someone out for repair even know we feel it has been a lemon since the start and should be replaced.they said it is out of manufacture warranty if that is the case why did they not replace it when it was? We purchased a recliner from them also which my husband uses and are very happy with but the couch which I use not happy with at all. We do not abuse our furniture I am not a heavy person 145 pounds so no reason for it to be falling apart. I feel they are not backing up their product.

What a surprise to find such an affordable furniture store in port Charlotte. Jessica, our sales person was such a great help to us in selecting the right furniture. The delivery was prompt and the setup was completed in a timely manner.

Our first buying experience was so good that we returned and bought the rest of the furniture needed to fill our new home. Sales person was again very knowledgeable and helpful, deliver was the next day and we love everything! They carry the type of furniture that fits our style, bright and modern.

Being a new transplant to the area, we weren't really sure where to go get furniture. VERY happy that we've decided to try out The Furniture Warehouse. The prices are awesome, the furniture is top quality. Delivery was done in the frame of time that was quick. Our spokesperson, Colleen King, was very helpful and clear with information and instructions.

We moved to Florida 10 months ago and did not bring any furniture with us. We have been adding furniture and accessories since then. We have gone to Furniture Warehouse in Port Charlotte because we like the style, value and the staff. Kathy Riggs has been excellent to work with and has gone out of her way to help us. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture and accessories.

This is a great place to buy furniture. The sales associates asked if we needed assistance but did not bother us like other places in town have done recently while shopping. George was more than helpful, he went above and beyond!! He literally carried a chair from one side of the store to the other just so I could see how it looked with the other pieces that I wanted to purchase.

I am more than satisfied with my furniture as well as my shopping experience at Furniture Warehouse. I can't wait to get settled so that I can go back and purchase the other pieces that I want for my home.

We were looking for a couch and a bed, so they had a good sale going on, and we stopped in. Nice selection of furniture, wide range of prices, and the staff was helpful, but not in your face.

We ended up buying the couch, with 2 recliners in it. (Not the bed - Yikes, what is up with mattress prices?) The guys delivered the couch, no scratches or visible damage to it, but one of the recliners had a catch that made it snag on the way up. Called, they sent a repairman, who said it would be a week or so til he could fix it. Later that week, the store called to say they were just going to send a whole new couch, and did so within a week.

We were not thrilled with the original offer to fix it, but were very happy to have them call to offer a new couch, and are very satisfied with the overall experience.

The sales staff & customer service is awesome. The selection & pricing is excellent. Delivery was on time, curtious & professional. Delivery men were very knowledgeable & efficient in setting up & placing the furniture. I highly recommend Furniture Warehouse Port Charlotte, FL. We had been looking around Port Charlotte for leather couches, etc. We drove over to Bacon's and they were closed on Memorial Day weekend Sunday (DUH).and then we saw Furniture Warehouse across the street with busy parking lot. We went in and it was Florida Decor Central. Sue helped us, without any pressure, and we ended up with two lovely leather couches and tables for living room + awesome pictures of local beaches. Our new #1 stop for ALL furniture and we didn't have to wait over a month for our choices. GO FW!!! And of course SUE. Furniture was delivered today and William and Daniel were friendly, professional, quick and efficient and very pleasant to deal with.

What a pleasant experience. For once you can shop in a beautiful store without sales staff hoovering on top of you. We worked closely with Matt, he knew the store like the back of his hand. He answered all of our questions with ease. Great selection, terrific values, outstanding service.
