Great place to meet new friends, lots of fun activities, shows, parades. The staff is helpful and very friendly. Always ready to help you enjoy your stay. It is truly SUN-N-FUN

Great place. We were only there for an evening visiting family. Everything seemed clean and well kept. Had fun playing shuffleboard.

My wife and I have been coming here for 23 years .Such a nice resort, I have seen a lot of money being put back into this resort which is why is has such popularity.
The location is perfect, close to hospitals, restaurants, malls and gorgeous beaches.
The friendly staff have to be commended on how they consistently strive to keep their guests their #1 priority.

Checked in yesterday for the holiday week. Our site has a large 4 ft by 4 ft hole around the manhole cover. Asked sun n fun what the plan was as we have grandkids coming. Their solution..a piece of plywood and a little dirt on top. Can you guess what our site smells like? Back up this morning as this is not at all the "premium site" we paid for. Now we are told to wait on maintenance. Not good sun n funnot good.

I have lived in Sarasota 7 years, and didn't realize all this place had to offer. I felt like I was back in the 20th century (in a good way). People were having fun, and there was plenty to do. If you're looking for a GREAT time, put Sun-N-Fun on your list, even if you don't have any kids.

I'm only giving it 4 stars because we were only visiting family staying here but from using the pool and seeing what they had it looked like an awesome place to stay. No issues coming in as guest.

This large RV resort has everything your looking for. It's not like regular RV parks. There's palm trees instead of pine trees.
There's so many activities. There's an very large indoor pool complex, live entertainment, two restaurants, a dog wash station with warm water and other activities.response / report this review -

Really nice place if you ignore the occasional construction. Love the little kids pool. Love Wacky Wednesdays. Never stayed overnight, but I find the staff extremely courteous and helpful. 98° whirlpool and Jacuzzi.. on deck bar. Only reason it's not 4 stars is because I can't go all year long!!!! Otherwise is wonderful.

There is so much to do here! And it's a nice place, currently undergoing some construction that will make it even greater once completed. They have a great gym; yoga, spinning, weight room, tons of exercise equipment. Indoor pool with "Wibit" obstacle course. Outdoor pool, full bar, 2 hot tubs (one at body temp, and the other is hotter), restaurant, lawn bowling, jump pad for kids, water slide, bull ride for kids, etc.

We visit every year at Halloween. The grounds and facility is second to none. The pool area is a great place to hang out and have a few drinks with friends.

Never again! We booked a 3 night stay over Memorial Weekend. The pool was so packed that you couldn't move in the water without getting kicked. Probably would've been ok had they not sold passes to the public. There weren't enough chairs so we had to settle for the concrete. Not quite what we envisioned when paying a premium for the holiday weekend 😐

Very nice park. Lots to do including a nice pool. The walk by the lake is beautiful. The only thing keeping it from being 5 stars is how close together the campsites are.

Unfortunately I just visited here to look around, but from what I could see, everyone loved it. It's a safe community with many RV and mobile home locations available. There is a large public pool with a large public gym and several accompanying hot tubs. Additionally, there is an integrated waterpark with several water slides. Public events seem to be large here, involving the whole community, which isn't seen at any other park. Overall, it seems to be a fantastic place and I would definitely recommend staying here
