I would not suggest staying here because they double charged me for 2 rooms and I only stayed 1 night. The front desk person told me at checkout that she would issue a refund, but a month I received my credit card statement and the refund was never issued. I had to keep calling to get someone to respond. Awful experience. I will never stay here again.

The area around here was nice as well. The front desk clerk was extremely nice. Never had a problem here.

What a great little hotel! Where this property shines is with their outstanding customer service thanks to Erica and the amenities that come with the hotel. Erica was able to accommodate storing of some of our luggage while granting us access to hotel amenities after check out. The private beach access and available beach rentals make for a great relaxing day on the powder sugar sands of Siesta a Key!

The room was clean. Bed was not a Queen but a Double, and Sofa/Fold away was broken. They did fix it the next day, and they did take 10% off for that but we also never got sheets as asked for and told we would get. 5 year old sleep there, we made do with the one comforter we found in the closet and the extra pillows. Wasn't worth to chase them down for sheets that they promised. A/C units need overhauled, they didn't work that well and were pretty loud. I guess at the end of the day it's not kid friendly, would I stay here again if just the wife and I. Yes, but I would look elsewhere if you have small ones. We moved over to a VRBO and having a Condo, with central AC and more home like was where it was at. Luckily we flew in and had a rental car, parking is tightin fact if your driving down good luck parking a truck at a lot of the places including this one, even a large SUV would be a no go. Something to consider.

We had a very nice stay here! The woman working at the front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and nice, although slightly smaller than it appeared online. It was a short walk to a beautiful private beach and to several dining options. When we had to retreat to the room due to bad weather, we were pleased to find a large smart TV with access to all of the typical streaming services. Overall it was a great experience;

What an awesome place. Had our own little cottage. Kitchen, dining room, close to the beach. Restaurants and lounges within walking distance. Can't wait to come back!

My family and I often stay here the night before flying out of Orlando. It is comfortable, affordable, and located close to the airport. The Hampton Inn at this location offers free shuttle service to the airport and you can get a good deal on parking in their lot while you are away. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I spent a week at this hotel, with my kids, during the holiday season. The property deserves the praise it has received from others. The hotel was in a relatively tourist friendly area with grocery stores and restaurants all around it. It is not International Drive to be sure but is far less claustrophobic as well.

Spent one night as we passed thru Siesta Key. Nice location with short walk to private beach shared by other small hotels. Very clean room with accommodating staff. Close to eating establishments. Assigned parking space makes it easy to get about.
