Great hotel in Sarasota,FL right off the interstate on Bee Ridge Rd. Heated pool and Jacuzzi. Friendly staff and great breakfast

The staff is always very nice and accommodating! If you express a concern they address it immediately! Nice rooms with nice t.v.s and large bathrooms with comfortable towels. There is always hot water. The breakfast spread is great and varied! Something for everyone at breakfast including a variety of teas and hot chocolate at the coffee bar. The pool area is nice with an easy to operate hot tub. We love staying here! This is the only hotel we stay at when we visit this part of Sarasota! It's fabulous!

The lobby is well furnished, cozy, and offered amenities such as fruits. The pool had nice chairs and was well kept area.

After 19 hours on the road, we finally made it almost home but had to stop and rest. It was 3:30 am and I offered to pay full price to check out time and was denied a room because they claimed to be full, though the parking lot was less than 1/2 full. Supposedly a group was there from a bus - but you could definitely tell- plenty of emptys! He did not offer any kindness or any support of whether a close by other hotel/motel, a place for breakfast-- nothing! Not even a smile or I am sorry for your inconvenience. My daughter and I then pulled to the back of the emptly lot and tried to take a nap in the car. Ha-lasted an hour- upon leaving "that bus" had come to get their people-- do you know, as I would for a semi- I waited way back to give them plenty of room to turn in- they had no turn signal on of course--then she got pissed for some crazy reason and pulled in accelerating way too fast- I had to lay on the horn!! I then reached out yelling and punched the bus! Yes she was that close to my car!!! Anyway, horrible experience all the way around- will never go back to that hotel EVER.

The rooms were very nice and clean. Good coffee in the lobby as well. The location is right off the interstate and there are lots of amenities nearby as well.

The check in and out process was easy! The staff was friendly. Our room was nice and clean. The beds were comfy. Our only issue was the AC unit was kinda loud. Would stay again!

Very very very clean. No odors like you'd find at other hotels. Staff is super friendly and the inside is really nice. Great prices too!!! And it has a pool!

The hotel was clean and staff were nice and helpful. Didn't use the pool, could have been more inviting. Breakfast was fine, it's. Nice to run down and grab coffee and quick bite, staff very nice and accommodating.

Hotel recently updated, rooms clean and staff friendly. However, water wasn't hot on first night and cold in second. Also, there are no blackout curtains to.cover the windows if you want to sleep during the day. If you need the place for a night and don't want a hot shower it's perfect. They do offer a hot breakfast, but it's more like scrambled eggs and microwaved turkey sausage.

The hotel staff provided great hospitality! The gym while small, was nicely equipped. The hotel is finishing up with some upgrades, although it never felt under construction.
It's in a safe area, with a variety of restaurants and a chain grocery all within a short walk.response / report this review
