Please be aware of $50.00 non refondable "Pet Deposit, each dog. Why don't we rather call it a Pet Fee, just to be clear. So much for a " pet friendly place". Had to cancel our stay upon arrival. I should have called and ask about "non refondable pet deposit". Lesson learned.

Very friendly staff, nice grounds, pool and rooms are clean. My wife and I enjoyed our stay up to the point when we found out that the barbecue grills fowere completely filthy and there was no maid service on Sunday other than that we had a wonderful stay we enjoyed ourselves immensely.
hotel management said that they would straighten out all the problems.
Unfortunately they didn't do anything while we were there to clean the barbecue grills.response / report this review -

Hidden Gem!!
I was down in Naples for storm debris clean up and found this hotel by accident, it was extremely nice from staff to upkeep!!

I expected a nice place where i could be with my kids, husband and our doggy. We were blown away its beautiful like a paradise. The room we got even had a full kitchen with stove. Barbeques all over the lovely patio , great breakfast. This has been awesome, we give two thumbs up. Wonderful place, service and great warm friendly staff.

(1/2)My wife and I were in the middle of moving and within that two day period I decided to make reservations at Fairway INN of Naples. I have stayed here a few times before and had no problems checking in until now. This check and was quite interesting allow me to elaborate. It was approximately 1:30 AM. As soon as we enter the door and was greeted by JUDI (who was dressed in pajamas) it became apparent or perceived that she did not want our business. The reason unclear. Maybe because of our age? Our skin color? Who knows only JUDI would know. She was very politebut was setting the expectation right after her greeting that she might not be able to check us in reason being because of "how late it was". The last two times I have checked in here was about the same time and had no issues. Judy had a fax sent to her by PAYPAL's/Expedia with a confirmed payment. I also had an email confirmation showing my payment for the room reservation. Very politely I ask JUDI "is there anything we can do to help, is there an issue?"
"There is no issue she replied."
She also said that she just had problems tendering the payment since it seems like the virtual card that was used by PayPal was being canceled/declined.
I told Judi if she was having an issue with payment method I will be more than willing use my debit card instead as long as I don't get double charged.
After about 5 to 10 minutes of silence she FINALLY took our IDs to start the check in process and according to her while taking the IDs if the payment didn't go through in the morning she would have to let us go. She also added that after the second day she would have to move us to an efficiency.response / report this review -

Cozy and above and beyond what I imagined! I was really impressed with this place. I booked online and had no idea what it was like. I've spent 3 days here in pure bliss. They have grills throughout and a nice pool with tikis. You can't beat it for the price! Small resort feel with unbeatable prices! When I return to Naples in a few months I'll definitely book here again! Keep up the great work Fairway! ❤❤

I was working in the Naples area and couldn't get a room in any of the chain hotels .
I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the rooms and grounds were. Everything looked and smelled new , surprisingly for the age of this property. The staff was exceedingly helpful and Friendly. I do wish they had more variety for the breakfast .
Overall better then any of the local hotels
Next time I'm in Naples this will be my go to place.response / report this review -

I stayed here twice for a total of 10 nights and it is really nice. Maria was very pleasant checking me in and answering any questions I had. They made sure I had chocolate chip cookies and water in my room when I checked in.
The courtyard and pool area is so nice with palm trees and greenery it is like being in a park. I am very happy with my stay here.response / report this review
