Booked this hotel online around 754 pm. That night when we showed up to the hotel to check in the hotel was closed. Who closes at 8pm?? There should be an attendant 24/7 at the hotel. That was absolutely crazy!!! Called the company who we booked the hotel through and they didn’t have anyway of getting ahold of the management. No after hours numbers. There was a number posted on the door that I did call but he only was allowed to let people in if they locked themselves out of their rooms. He was no help either. I wouldn’t reckoned this place if it was the last hotel on earth.

It all worked out for the good. We went to Ft. Myers and got a better Hotel and it was cheaper. Nothing lost in Naples and have no desire to come and re-visit. Your loss Naples.

Very nasty place . I left dinner on the stove for my husband and the roaches were out. Had to throw the plate away. Drug dealing out side all nite. Thin windows you can hear everything. beds sink in the middle floors are dirty my 2 year olds feet were black. ZERO starts wouldn't even justify this motel

Great hotel in perfect place. There are appartments with kitchen and big balcony with table and chairs, it's really comfortable. Big grocery is nearby, in a 500 feets. Beautiful, clean and quiet streets around. There are laundry and big parking, but no coffee in the lobby. Another bad moment - there is no manager in lobby at the night.
We had very noisy and drunk neighbors and there was no one able to solve the problem with them.

Do not stay at this hotel! Although in a convenient location to downtown Naples, the hotel is filthy. I doubt the floor in my room had been washed in a year - my feet were black after walking around barefoot. I have contacted the hotel many times and they do not respond to my request for some adjustment to the ridiculously over priced room charges. Also, the amenities are non-existent. No clock, no coffee maker, no shelf in the shower, no tub, and a window air conditioner that barely worked. Parking also very tight - two nights there was no place for me to park in their lot. Very unprofessional and misleading the public.

I was VERY pleased with my experience with the SeaShell. I was down for a funeral for my aunt, and really enjoyed my time spent here. If I ever come back home, I hope to stay here. I loved the swimming pool outside my door, and the fact that the beach was so close. I was raised in Naples, and had never stayed here before. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. :)
