  Check in was wonderful and very easy. Room is delightful. Pool and jacuzzi available. Laundry use on site, a snack bar for midnight munchies. Great location. Even discounts for the restaurants next door. Sean was super helpful booking me and checking me in.

  I wish to commend Sean, The Manager of This Hotel, for The amazing work and organization He displayed during Hurricane Irma. Sean and His staff were tirelessly working to accommodate their guests throughout this difficult time. Before, during and after, they were there to serve with a smile. They kept Us safe and secure. I was there with a large group, as Our employer, sheltered their employees and their Family at the hotel for Safety. Sean is just Awesome, He made sure everything was perfect. When The hurricane hit and the power went out, Sean and His Staff were with Us in the dark, for 26 hours straight, making sure We were safe, tending to all needs, and even pulled out gas grills, giving us food and water. I cannot be more greatful.
  Another amazing worker was Eric, who ran from one end of the hotel to the other, up and down the stairs, in the dark with no elevator, taking care of damage suffered at the hotel, loved his colorful uniform and smile throughout the event, amazing worker. Jordan was also awesome, as she handled the front desk in the dark, and made sure everyone had what they needed. Marriott, You have a gem of a Staff here At the Springhill Suites, Fort Myers. They All deserve Medal of Honor. They are All heroes.

  Nice hotel considering the hurricane that came through the area. The staff are friendly and they are doing their best to keep everyone comfortable and safe.

  Very lovely hotel. I went on a business trip so I was very tired. The staff was very helpful and extremely welcoming. The rooms were imaculent and had a full office area that allowed me to do my work. Will be back to this one.

  The rooms were large and very nice, and it was a clean hotel overall. Breakfast was what you'd expect from a normal hotel, and the staff was very friendly.
