The beds aren't safe. Check for bedbugs :( this makes me sad because La Quinta is one of my favorite Hotels. Not this location. I took pictures of bedbugs and bites :(
Awesome customer service. Clean rooms and good breakfast.
During huracane Irma, they gave us a warm welcome. We were able to bring our dog. It was very clean and smelled good. Our family really appreciated their kindness. I mean, they really care. The staff were looking out for everyone and they were so nice, accommodating and helpful. They are one of the best hotel experiences that we've ever had!
What a great place to stay. Rooms are always clean. The people who work there are always welcoming and friendly. Kathy and I have stayed here many times, this is the go to place.
I was only there for a short seminar, but the restrooms and hallways were clean, the staff was kind and helpful. It definitely made me consider la quinta for my next hotel stay.
Great staff. Great WiFi. Large rooms. Clean rooms. Best La Quinta Inn Lee County hands down!
Schedule check-in is not until 3pm, I called and asked if our room was ready and it was! We checked in at 9am! Awesome!!! Also, very accommodating for dog owners thye had a little grassy area where they had a poop bag station. They also had a wooden bench outside for people to sit on.
Nice hotel, very good location close to airport, include breakfast, Wi-Fi, excellent costumer service and great rooms.
A place to rest our heads after a long day. Beds were hard like cardboard boxes filled with solid wood. Blood or ketchup stains all lover the carpet. It's a good thing we were mostly trashed the whole time, or I might have noticed how disgusting this place really was. No real options for breakfast, decent coffee though. Cheap and close to the Ft Rock event, so there was that
I stayed at la Quinta while in town for a concert a jet blue park. The hotel was conveniently located just down the road. The room was spacious and clean. We were very happy with our stay
We unfortunately had a frustrating stay. We stayed here for 2 days during a transition to a move out of state. We arrived on our first night and had requested a baby bed. After 5 hours and multiple times requesting the bed, we were told they were not "baby bed certified" and had no cribs or Pack 'n Plays after being told multiple times they were bringing one up. They eventually "borrowed" one and brought it after almost 6 hours and my 2 year old being up at almost midnight.
The room itself was pretty clean, housekeeping was very nice, but we did unfortunately run across a cockroach in the bathroom. On the day of checkout the front desk worker was familiar with our family from a previous stay and was very apologetic about our experience. She also told us that they were very "crib certified" and had "multiple cribs and Pack 'n Plays" on site.
The front desk employee referred us to contact the manager who did address and resolve the issues which we were grateful for. Just disappointing the world of difference from a stay last year to now.
