Great staff but horrible rooms. Room was stuffy so has to leave the door open to be able to breath inside. Then bought s candle to help the moldy smell. Had s disgusting stained chsiensnd otter man that j was scared to sir on. Room was poorly cleaned as the was trash behind the chair and also s nasty pillow behind the chair for some reason. The supposedly white sheets looked off white. I could go on and on but I'm tired
The rooms smelled so bad that it cause sickness. The bedding was dirty, and the location was very questionable. I felt like there was a strong possibility of getting mugged. I asked for a refund and left within 15 seeking better lodging. I found this motel online, and the pictures were far from accurate, with either outdated or false reviews.
Room smelled of smoke, phone wasn't even connected so I couldn't complain about the people hanging outside my room drinking. Needs better security.
The rooms were very clean and nice also this is a smoking property and have rooms that can smoke in that's a very great plus to me also the property was located right off the highway I75 and close to downtown Naples about 10 miles away also a plus great place and will stay there every time I go to Naples price was great compared to all the other hotels in the area
Cheap, comfortable beds, very very clean. Nice pool. Haven't tried the breakfast but nice that it's included!
I stayed at this motel because I had to do a job out in Naples. Honestly, this has to be one of the most nastiest places that I have ever stayed in. The first day I got there there was little roaches every where, walls and ceilings had huge cracks. But the worst thing about this motel is that the bed I stayed on had bed bugs. I woke up with bites all over my body. I would not recommend this place to anyone. A buddy of mine stayed in another room and he had the same issues.
Good for the price. Comfy bed. Ac was struggling to keep room cool
While the room was clean and the staff mostly friendly, I had 3 occasions where the staff barged into the room while I was sleeping. I was in town working nights. Their was no "Do not disturb" sign. The cleaning lady I can forgive. But I have no idea why it occurred twice in the same day. The top bar lock was broken and evidently the deadbolt as well. Hope I never have to stay here again.
The super 8 on Davis and Collier is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They care about your needs. One even helped my wife and kids when they did not have enuff to pay for the room by paying $14 out of thier own pocket. The rooms are clean. Sheets and towels are clean. Best service ever!!!!
It was fine, I have no real complaints. It wasn't extraordinary in any way but it didn't have any major problems. Average hotel, that's what I wanted and that's what I received!
This was a terrifically happy surprise. The people at the desk were well versed in what's going on and (more importantly) where to eat. The bed was nice and soft, the TV worked, the morning breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The only problem (and why they didn't get the full 5 stars) was, there were no towels in the room. Which I only discovered when I was too wet to deal with it.
"Non smoking" room stunk like smoke and mildew. There were burn holes in the blanket so obviously they knew that people were smoking in the room. The desk clerk was kind enough to check out the room and see if I wanted to switch rooms, but by then it was a hassle. The king bed was lumpy and old. Pretty much an all around bad experience. I will not be returning to this hotel.
