Loved the resort. Close to downtown Naples and all the amenities of Tin City. Pool was a bit small but the views over the bay made up for it. Great location to just relax after a busy week in Orlando.

Not new but exceptionally maintained. Small complex but spacious units in an ideal location to walk to downtown Naples and the pier. A small dock on Naples Bay is located right at the property for water excursions. Boathouse restaurant right around the corner had great food. Loved our stay here. Sorry to leave. Much more to explore after only two full days.

Accomodations are amazing! In suite laundry, screened balcony, comfy beds! Having checked In after hurricane Irma wasn't quite sure what to expect. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the staff was exceptional beautiful property.

Quiet place to get away, pool and Jacuzzi were great, local bar was closed due to weather. Nice walk to the beach about 15 minutes for those who like a little exercise. State park not far that is awesome as well.

Great resort, centrally located. 5 minute ride to beach or a 20 minute walk. Right at the entrance of downtown Naples and mere minutes from the pier and the family 3rd street South district. Accommodations were very nice, good amenities (bikes, kayaks, outdoor kitchens, pool, tub, fishing dock and gear, tiki bar, hot tub, playground and plenty of room for kids to run around). I would stay again and again! Great restaurants nearby.

Small but quiet resort in downtown Naples. Nice sized rooms and close proximity to the pier make it ideal.

The rooms are great and it's location is close to downtown with plenty of restaurants and entertainment spots. The first time I used one of the towels after showering, though, I found a few hairs that weren't mine which I found somewhat disturbing. Their pool is pretty small and unfortunatelt closes at dusk, but the location is nicely tailored to older adults.

The help was Friendly and polite, it was busy during my visit as there was an event earlier in the day. Nice location close to everything.

Not sure if the dolphin show is included with this resort. The people failed to give us a receipt or take down our information when making us a reservation for the dolphin show for the next day. When we showed up the following day they tell us that the boat is broken and we can no longer go and they have been trying to contact us. With what information?

Large suites , two bedrooms both with en suites. Lots of room for a family or two couples. Close to 5th Ave shops and restaurants. Walk to beach , downtown, Tin City. Close to the airport which is hood in one way but can be noisy. Tiki Bar on site next to pool has a menu , drinks and a nice place to watch the boats and the sunset.
