Great place, comfortable beds, clean, good happy hour, close to tons of shopping and food
Great location with tons of amenities. Rooms were very clean and spatious. Beds were comfy. Staff was nice.
Overall, I was disappointed in this property. I stayed for 3 weeks. The pool and spa were closed for many days throughout my stay. After changing rooms, I continued to have trouble with the sleep member bed. The shower leaked. There were other issues that happened that made this a very disappointing stay for me.
The crew here is awesome!!! Adjustable beds freaking rule!!! Best sleep I've had in years. Food is phenominal and is not brought to you cold. I recommend it to everyone!!!
Was checked into a room with ants everywhere. No big deal except I don't want to share my bed with them. Was moved to another room. It was also infested. They sprayed, but that only made them angry. They ran around like crazy. Around the base boards, up the drapery (pictured) and in the bath room. Would have been a nice stay but the company was unwelcome. You have to do better Hilton!
An exceptional hotel experience – I will stay here again when I travel. To start the check-in experience was pleasant, they gave me my choice of floor and when I asked for a quiet room they put me on the top floor at the end of the hall. When we walked in and adjusted the air conditioner a freezing wintry blast of air welcomed us weary travelers who had been baking in the sun all day; a welcome respite in hot sunny South Florida. The thermostat went down to 60 and it was between 65 and 68 in the room, my wife and I loved it. My mini-fridge was set at the perfect temperature it kept my sodas and water for the next day ice cold instead of cool like so many other hotels. Checkout was so simple, I called the front desk on the way out of the room in the morning and they wished me safe travels on my way home. That individualized touch made me feel like a genuine guest, not just a number on a page. I wish I had found this hotel sooner; because I have not had an awesome experience like this in the area, but now that I found the Hilton Garden Inn Fort Myers Airport/FGCU I know exactly where I will be staying in the future.
This visit was just a last minute decision for a quick overnight stay. The front counter staff was accommodating and effecient. I was able to get a room at a reasonable rate despite having no reservation and coming on a holiday weekend. I had a room on the second floor that didn't have much of a view but was clean spacious. Location is very convenient as it is very close to the airport and right off of the interstate. I have stayed here before this stay and would definitely returns once again.
We booked a smoking room with a bathtub verified it 4 times got there to celebrate our 17th anniversary not a smoking room. They switched us to a smaller room that was smoking even though they told us it had a bathtub it didn't it only had a stand up shower. Not a very good anniversary.
Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, the shuttle is accommodating and will take you to local restaurants and the mall, the restaurant had excellent service
Great location, comfortable bed/room and wonderful staff.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The common areas are very well trimmed. The room was a decent size, and are very clean. The bathroom had no fan which makes it very steamy after a shower. The beds were also fairly uncomfortable for my taste. They did have some kind of firmness adjustment, but I found it made little difference.
The hotel while small makes up for it in charm. The lobby area invites you in like a friend's living room. The bedrooms are decently new with refrigerators and microwaves as a standard. I do with the beds where a bit softer as they are on the hard side. The pool area Is fantastic to sit around. Right across the street is twin peaks and just 15 minutes walk are tons of stores and bars and restaurants.
