The best hotel on fort Myers beach! Clean rooms and wonderful service.
Flight got cancelled so we stayed a night at Pierview. Staff was extremely friendly and the price was reasonable. The rooms aren't the most modern, but we didn't spend much time there. We arrived to our room with a bunch of sand in the shower from the previous guest, but that was our only complaint.
Excellent location. Room is standard but nice enough. If you stay here, do not get a street-facing room. It's LOUD. Pics are views from the 3rd floor walkway.
Stayed here 4 days and 3 nights at a great price, our room was very clean cozy and comfy. The staff was really great and friendly. The property location is perfect, love that they have the bright cheery colors outside of the building. We will for sure be back to stay!
I was sent to Florida with my whole team for Hurricane Irma, as part of the Disaster Relief Team from Entergy and ABC Professional Tree Service, when we got to Bonita Springs on September 20th, there were no hotels available, some did not have power and the rest had all the locals, no rooms anywhere, after calling so many hotels, I finally found Pierview Hotel & Suites, we were 22 Crew Members in total and they didn't have so many rooms available, but when the Receptionist that was working that night which i don't remember her name, I'm sorry about that, heard my tired voice and i told her that we had been working for 16 hours and hadn't take a shower, she distributed us in the Rooms that they had left. We are so grateful for that. The Rooms were very nice, comfortable, clean. They treated us like if we were family, my crew and I will never forget that night. I definitely recommend this place. Is awesome, and has great views and spectacular service.
We walked in the room and said "Wow, this is tony!" Then my son found pubic hair on and in the toilet. Then, I found that the cable service is absolutely terrible. The scene freezes all the time and one can't get interested in a show because you miss a lot while the screen is frozen. I called the front desk to tell her, I could only tell her about the cable service then she hung up after telling me she would send the engineer. He wasn't and engineer, he decided to swap the tv sets. Didn't work, still sucky. He had to go get a third set, because #2 was cracked. I told him about the pubs and told him that we wanted a new room. He was gone for a while, but nothing about a new room. I need some satisfaction. Since no new room, I want a refund!!! I'll let you know how it turns out. Will the owner make sure his guests are satisfied or do nothing? We'll see
The location is good for the view. But the beaches are brown water because it is the gulf ocean. The water smells in the morning. The pool is nice. Only 1 washer and dryer. No breakfast only coffee.
We are so happy with this hotel. We stayed in one the cottages w/king bed kitchen and TV area. Comfortable porch for morning coffee or 50 ft. You can sit on the beach with your coffee. Clean and super close to Times Square.
Very nice, relaxed hotel right on the beach. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The room was small but we just planned to be on the beach anyway! My only complaint was the beach is not private so any one could just walk out & stay there. We had several groups of younger/loud/drinking 20 somethings that took away from the relaxation. The staff was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again!
The staff were accommodating ,the location is decent(busy ,noise, crowds, drunks , and the beach is polluted badly both the sand and water). But it's noisy, you can here your neighbors and drunks everywhere. The rooms are not clean at all and stink. It reminds me of a motel by a trailer park..which would be fine if the price matched what you get. Be warned and read others reviews. This place is less than any motel 6 anywhere in terms of quality.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Upon arrival, they did not have our booked room available and gave us an "upgraded" room. The room smelled musty and the furniture smelled like it was moldy and felt damp. There was a giant crack in the wall too. We asked for a different room, but it was not much better. The floors looked and felt like they had not been swept or mopped in a long time, the walls were dingy and dirty, the bath tub was completely rusted and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months (or longer), there was black mold growing around the exhaust fan in the bathroom, and the doors did not close completely nor did the deadbolts work. Our phone in the room was broken as well. The only good thing about the room was the view as it is right on the ocean, but even that was pretty much ruined because people are constantly walking past the patio and the beach becomes extremely overcrowded. The photos online make it look pretty nice but it looked absolutely nothing like those photos.
This place seems more appropriate for young college kids who just want to party and don't care about the cleanliness of the room. Definitely not a great place for family as most people around are drunk and very loud.
My family and I stayed in one of the beachfront rooms this week and everyone had a great time! The rooms aren't super big, but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room anyway - I mean, the beach is literally outside your back door, so why would you? The staff was all VERY friendly and accommodating (especially Jess and John!). The room was very clean, and the location certainly can't be beat. We hope to be back soon.
Great location near a lot of great food and great drink the rooms are fundamental. The beach here is amazing making a basic room all you need as most of your time will be spent on the beach or nearby restaurants. We stayed in a room with a single bed mini fridge microwave coffee maker were included. The views of the beach are also very nice. The staff was friendly as well. We will be back again next year.
