It was a great location that was a short uber ride to anywhere we wanted to go. The heater was broken in the first two rooms we were given and they cut our bill in half for the inconvenience. Valet was hard to find if you needed your car so plan a few minutes ahead to leave if you drive.

Nicely decorated, but shower water pressure left a lot to be desired, and the bed's comforter was more like a sheet that wanted to be a comforter when it grew up. Could hear my neighbors with clarity.

That said, the amenities overall were nice, and staff service was great. I wouldn't be mad if I had to stay here again, but I'd certainly consider other options first.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

My wife and I stayed here during a work trip. We loved it! The staff were friendly and engaging. There were lots of fun activities planned over the weekend like a silent disco. We will definitely want to stay here again.

Very cute boutique hotel with lovely decorating and a modern feel. The staff is kind and friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and it's right on the red line. I love how inclusive it is. Do be aware that it can be a bit noisy with all the traffic on Massachusetts Ave

Only issue I had was how strict they were about late check out. I only asked for an extra 30 minutes and the staff asked and confirmed three times that I understood if I was a minute past that time I would be charged. Otherwise rooms were clean nice decor great location.

The beds were super comfortable. The water in the shower was nice and hot. Location is great. There is a small food shop in the lobby that has great coffee and sandwiches. The TV selection left something to be desired.

The Embassy Row Hotel bridges the gap between the classy tourist wanting to stay in a cool spot in the city and the long time local DC resident. As the latter, I can only judge the hotel based on their rooftop. It's one of the best in the city where you can see all the DC landmarks and look down on dozens of embassies and mansions in Dupont Circle.

For locals, you can buy a pass to their roof top pool complete with all the amenities including an excellent bar serving up beer, wine, cocktails, and frozen cocktails (I recommend the Exotic Kiss if you like sweet fruity drinks).

If you need a "me" day, head here!

A wonderful boutique hotel. I loved the place from when we first walked in and the decor was something out of a magazine. I loved the bar downstairs and the servers and wait staff were great.

I would only change a few things. First the rooms need more lights. Each side of the bed should have a lamp and the table in the room should be smaller to give you more space and the bathroom needs a fan.

Other than those minor things I loved the hotel. It is with walking distance of a ton of nice restaurants and shops. The rooftop pool and deck was quaint and I loved the atmosphere. I cannot say enough this place is worth the money and it deserves every award they get.

The hotel is beautiful and has a nice modern design. Great location close to DuPont Circle. Rooftop pool and bar is really nice. Only complaints here are no umbrellas to protect from sun and super super slow bar service.

While the Embassy Row Hotel is well located and we'll decorated, I had a few complaints during our stay. The valet service seemed a bit over priced compared to parking options I discovered within a block or two of the hotel. As for the room, our phone did not work, the room lacked a fridge, and the bathrooms were fairly small. I also found it odd that things like the hotel fitness center required you to pay an extra daily fee to use. I didn't exactly dislike my stay at the hotel, but for my purposes I think I would've been better served staying somewhere that doesn't put a premium on its style and rather just does the things you want out of a hotel.

Just had drinks in the bar. It had a great vibe with lots of little areas with couches and funky chairs to sit in with a small group of friends. There is also a nice area for sitting outside. Service was great, bar snacks were awesome, happy hour prices on the drinks are hard to beat.

Just got back from our trip to Washington DC. Hotel was great from the moment we checked in. Staff was amazing. Rooms were nicely kept. Bathroom were clean and upgraded. Felt like a fancy hotel for a great price. And most importantly, it was Close to the White House. Would recommend it and would totally go back!
