Being right on Dupont Circle, the location is convenient, however the size of the hotel (hallways and rooms) is relatively small. Interesting features, like heated tiles in the bathroom, though ours didn't work. Front desk and support staff were friendly and very helpful with door and bag service, as well as bringing random items like toothpaste to our room. Walls between rooms are paper thin, so noise travels extremely well.

Meeting a friend who was staying at the hotel. The lobby staff were very attentive and friendly to all passing through. Doors were opened, elevators called. The restaurant and bar were full of folks enjoying an evening. With it's prime location right on Dupont Circle, I expect these patrons were not only hotel guests. The rooms are modern, and nicely appointed.

Elegant place and great food. Awesome location just 15 minutes from the mall, lots of restaurants and stores nearby for downtime out of the hotel. Nice comfy beds, too! Wish I'd known about the parking situation. (+$40) Otherwise very satisfied with our stay.

A really well kept and modern hotel that is located in an area that offers lots of activities. It is walking distance to many of the downtown stores and shops. The staff and workers are all really nice and friendly. The hotel restaurant is good, but nothing too special.

A lovely place! It was very clean and all the staff were extremely friendly. The location is optimal for a few good days of sightseeing, especially if you plan to go in foot. The rooms come equipped with heated tile and dimmer switches, and housekeeping is wonderful and thorough. The gym is in the basement, but is extremely well-lit and taken care of. If I do get the chance, I'd love to stay there again!

The room was really small. There was no coffee machine. There was no space on the sink to lay out my toiletries. There was no curtain or door for the shower, so water would get on the bathroom floor when I would take a shower. The room was dark. I turned on all the lights in the room and it was still dark. I told the front desk and all they did was put a 60 watt table lamp on an already crowded counter and it didn't have a very big impact. The only positive and hence the two stars instead of one, is I liked their fitness center. Also, the staff were very polite and helpful despite the low quality of the room.

We selected to stay at the DuPont circle hotel, over the Columbus Day weekend, based on the positive reviews here. Our experience wasn’t positive at all.
When we made the reservation, we called the hotel to inquire about parking and were told that both self and valet parking are available. However, when we arrived at the hotel, self parking wasn’t an option so we gave our car key and went to our room.
On the next day, we asked to take a bag we left in the car and to our horror we found out that the valet parked it tightly against a chain link fence. There was no way to get in our out of the car without having the door rub against the fence. Sure enough, when we inspected the door, we found deep scratches, down to bare metal. The hotel manager refused to help us, saying that the valet parking is run by a third party business. We also spoke with the valet manager who offered to wave the parking charges but will not pay for the repair.
To add to the disappointment, the room window shutters don’t block the street lights at night and the hotel location is very noisy 24 hours a day.

Really nice hotel, parking was a little steep. The lot across the street was only 25$ overnight which was pretty fair for the neighborhood. Room was great and nice, everything was clean. Would stay again.

The restaurant closed after lunch to prepare for dinner. Then reopened for the evening crowd. However food could be ordered and consumed in the very nice bar area. It was busy yet had an easy going atmosphere. Service was moderately fast considering the crowd. The food was excellent.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Staff was amazing, top to bottom. We had issues with our room cooling, and they called me to offer to make it right without me even asking. I had billing questions and they resolved everything quickly. Great stay

A classic world-class hotel on Dupont Circle. The restaurant offers several healthful gustatory delights and the staff are friendly and helpful. Many cultural points of interest are just steps away, as is a Metro stop.

In it's latest rendition, the hotel at 1500 New Hampshire Ave. NW is one of the more appealing places to stay in the immediate vicinity. Better located than the West End hotels (22 and 23 streets), and with attractive rooms and meeting space, T I frequently recommend The DuPont Circle visiting friends and colleagues. Cafe DuPont offers fairly good fare, though there are better choices within five minutes' walk. Bar DuPont on the main level has a nice burbon selection. Not great for quiet conversation, though.

A lite oil with a pleasant flavor. You never feel rushed in Dupont Circle Bar.

My husband and I were overnight guests there. Our room was nice and the bed very comfy. Upon arriving we realized that they toilet was leaking. They were quick and efficient in fixing it. I would definitely stay again.
