The location was great for both Anaheim convention center and Disneyland. Easy walking distance. The bed was clean and nicely made on hard floors. The toilet also looked new. However the walls, doors, shower and sink looked old and, in certain spots, not clean. It was usable and a decent price for the location. I was just careful what I touched and where I put my things. The fridge was good sized with 3 shelves.

Staying in a hotel was a new experience for me. It was nice to come back after a long day and get some rest in a freshly made bed. The shower in our room was very stiff, and the first night there I wound up having a cold shower because the dial was difficult enough to turn that I didn't realize it was actually possible to turn it both ways.

You're getting what you pay for. You're really close to the convention center and Disneyland. The facilities are nothing special, but also not so terrible you're afraid to sleep or shower. The bed was pretty firm, and the AC unit sounded like a dying robot when I would power down between cycles. You're definitely not staying in luxury, but the management is friendly, there is a free breakfast of grab-and-go stuff, and the parking is ample. There is a fridge and a microwave in the room which is great for all the carry out options or leftovers from the nearby restaurants. The wifi is pretty slow, but it does work reliably.

Three B's: Bed - hard mattress plus sheets wouldn't stay tucked in. Bath - old torn shower curtain, shower head had the effect of a trickling stream. Bill - well, it's low cost. The location is walking distance to everything fun, good eats & drinking spots around, lots of variety. The staff is friendly as other post state, still no evidence they mop the floor or really CLEAN the rooms.

If you're just looking for a place to sleep this will do the trick. Bed was comfortable. However a few observations. The room we were in seemed to be in the process of a remodel. The TV mount (with TV) had been moved but the holes were not patched up and painted. The paint job wasn't well done IMO. The bathroom was the part they didn't bother with. The floor of the shower was gross and black (seriously, comet, water and a scrubber is all you need! Gross) the shower head screamed like a banshee when you ran the water (I showered quickly). Then they said they offered a continental breakfast. So we got there a few minutes after 7 am and the door was locked. A few seconds later a guy wearing a disheveled striped polo, sweats and no shoes opened the door to let us in to their breakfast. This consisted of cerealwith no milk available. A few packets of tea and a container of hot water. And some plastic wrapped muffins that were basically a bite each. We also noticed a sleeping bag, pillow on the bare floor behind the main counter where they check guests in. I've never had such a bad impression of a hotel/motel. To top it off the person at the front counter when we first checked in was not very forthcoming regarding anything. All in all I would not recommend this place unless you're just crashing for the night and leaving the next morning.

Great location to Disneyland. The rooms were fine but the bathroom definitely shows it's age. Time for a renovation! The pool was nice and we were very happy with the room prices for a party of 8. Good choice for a cost saving trip to Disneyland for a large group.

Rooms are NICE!
The outside is a bit rundown, the concrete is cracked and some of the a/c units are leaking onto the ground and I walked by one room that had so many used cigarettes laying around the ground, but I opened the door to my room and gasped! Nice wood look floors a clean bed, walk in closet with ironing board and iron, a hair dryer in the bathroom, a large tv, a fridge and microwave and my favorite thing was shutters on the windows! The room was really very nice and clean. The pool was clean and there are fountains in the courtyard that are actually working, not like some places where the fountains are old and dry and not in use. The staff in the office was very friendly. They have a free breakfast, it's just apples and some packaged muffins, but it's better than nothing. Within walking distance of Disneyland and several restaurants. They have free parking!

Clean rooms. Pool and hot tub looked very sketchy though. Outside of hotel is very run down. Within walking distance of a lot of places to eat and Disneyland.

The hotel is in a wonderful location for visiting the Disney parks and for finding a place to eat outside of the park. The rooms are nice, though a bit outdated and the mattress was very hard. Otherwise service was fine and it is a very good price for the proximity to the parks.

I love the look of the room and the space. The wood floors are nicer than the cheap carpet in most places. The shuttle to Disney is right outside. The negatives are the uncomfortably hard mattress and the door lock. I was staying with my young child who is tall enough to pull on handle door knobs. At home, this isn't a problem because we deadbolt the door. At the hotel, if you pull on the handle the door unlocks. A safety feature designed so that you can not be locked in. For a mom a worst nightmare. Two lightly slept nights.

Cozy bed and a hot shower. It's your typical no frills "budget inn." It was clean. Nice hot tub. Friendly staff.

Couldn't argue with the price and value, though if you're a super light sleeper, the walls are a little thin. "Continental" breakfast is also provided though it's basically packaged pastries, apples, and coffee.
