Beware! Do not stay at this unsafe,bug infested place! Also has a bad odor!!! I cancelled after seeing 2 rooms!!! Should be condemned!!!!

Extended stay motel does accept pets but there is a non-refundable fee of $250. Motel is very clean. I was impressed to see them mopping the sidewalks. Saw a few roaches when we moved in. Set off a bug bomb and to care of that.
Rooms have either 1 king bed or 2 queen beds. They have a small kitchen area with a small refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stove, and sink. Closet is fairly good size as well as the bathroom. Shower only no tub. Weekly rates are reasonable and there is a discount for paying monthly.response / report this review -

I had a room booked online because it looked ok from the pictures. Got there at 10PM and the office wasn't even open. Had a security guard checking us in. Area was ghetto as hell. He couldn't find my reservation. No worries, plenty of rooms. Booked it and went up there. Room smelled like bug spray, roaches everywhere. We said nope and did a 180 and left. Of course the security guard wasn't able to help with a refund so we left and tried to call them the next day. The refused saying the room was used, but Visa took care of it when I disputed the charges. Google searched hotels I went to another hotel nearby

Roaches every where. ones that come out when you're cooking. Other than that, and it being in a rough neighborhood, the people who work here are amazing!

It ok to stay here if you don't have someone nextdoor to you with screaming kids or waking up to the neighbors TV being on at 3am!! Very nice staff and clean rooms but they are archically OLD and worn.

Well worth the price. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and professional, and the property is quiet and secure. The location is within walking distance to virtually everything and with the remodeling taking place, this hotel is a great value for overnight or extended stay.

Stayed one night. The room was clean, but had a strange lingering smell that i decided to get used to. You get what you pay for with this place but at least you'll feel safe with their night security.

It was in Orlando, Fl. The people was nice and the room was clean with stove top with pots and pans. The big thing was I felt safe and comfortable when I was there.

Came back after a long day and house keeping was not done. I called the front desk telling him about my situation., so he told me he would give me a call back . within a minute he called back saying there was a error in the system and that i didnt get house keeping (ol i already figured that out)..
So i told him ill come down and get clean towels in exchange for dirty ones To my surprise he refused and told me to wait until tomorrow So what should i use after taking a shower? I currently work for Americas Best Value in and extended stay America so i do know how to satisfy a guest on something this simpleresponse / report this review -

***Edit*** I left a box of pendants I use for Reiki healing work here and called immediately to get it back. It was under the mattress, so it wasn't something that would be found by the next guest easily. The staff kept telling me to call back later for the next two days. Then they told me the supervisor wasn't able to find it. Clearly it was stolen by the staff since they were the only ones that knew where it was. Good luck to them on selling it since the stones only LOOK valuable - their actual WORTH is only about $1 each! Let this serve as definitive proof the staff at this place DO steal from the guests here if they find something that appears to be of value!

My husband and I stayed overnight. The staff was very nice and professional. The room had a very strong smell of cleaning solution; we asked for a different room but they said all the rooms smell the same. The area of town wasn't the nicest and the accommodations were very basic so it seemed overpriced to pay 70 with tax. The bed was comfortable and having the kitchen was nice but we didn't need it so I can't comment on that aspect. I don't know that we'd stay here again.
