Place is neat and clean. But breakfast is not as great as I thought. But still for a small period of stay it looks fine.

Pretty clean, and the airport shuttle is useful. Shower is wimpy, breakfast will get you by but there's a waffle house across the street

This was a great place to stay their service was great there is a free shuttle service to the airport. The only thing that was a little off was the fact that the crime rate around the place seems to be high. Other then that there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Proteome at the front desk are nice. They were very accommodating with Kate check in. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast is pretty decent.

They have the most beautiful rooms. They also have great customer service was assisted by Amy and she was very helpful. Job well done Days INN 🙌💯

Front desk Marlene was less than helpful. She stated she could not accommodate us for a room because the system was out. She stated she called the manager, but he wasn't answering. (She only tried once) all she did was shrug and say she didn't know. She said no one else was on staff. Terrible customer service. If that's what you want to represent your company, then I'd never recommend this hotel chain. I travel for work, and this was the most nonchalant place. You're in business of customer care. There are loads of people that need a job and would be more helpful. Ended up going to a place down the road that were appalled at their service too. Either train your staff correctly or get someone who wants to make sales. Thank you for leaving a customer stranded

Amazing rooms especially for the price. Clean and smelled very fresh, most importantly the AC worked great and didn't make the air humid or "wet" at all. I've been to a few but this place takes the cake for price and quality of service. I wouldn't pay more for "comfort". For a 2 star motel this place rocks.

The location is only 4 miles from the airport with free shuttle service. The area seemed safe and is close to restaurants. The hotel is clean and had spacious comfortable rooms. There is a nice pool area for relaxing. There is a Marathon station next door, good if you need to return a rental car with a full tank.

I got in around maybe 12am. Lay down and greeted by a bed bug. I was disgusted I immediately got my luggage off the floor by the bed and went to front office bug in tow office clerk showed no surprise and got me another room by this time it was 3am. I have disability and she not.even offer to have security help me or comp. My room. Yea this place is cheap. Is it worth being bitten OR bringing home Bed Bugs on luggage or clothes. Expensive mistake.

This hotel is undergoing renovations and the new room are well finished with very nice furniture and flooring. Very quiet rooms. Checking in could have been smoother, there was only ond person at the desk and a big line up. Recommended nonetheless for short stays near the airport.

If I could give this hotel a 0 I would DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL!!! When I arrived at the hotel the receptionist took a copy of my ID and when I asked her what it was for she told me she didn't know. I then asked if I could get it back she told me I could. The room itself wasn't bad until you got into the bathroom the toilet moves and doesn't flush well. The phone didn't work inside the room. The morning of my checkout the receptionist who is caucasian and I can't remember her name but she was very rude. The date of the checkout was April 28, 2017 at 2 am so if management is reviewing this you can know who was on at the time. She was very rude and her customer service skills will drive your customers away. When I asked for my Id copy back she said she was overwhelmed and she hadn't completed her audit. There should be a procedure in place so that she can get her work done in a efficient manner. When I asked for management she pointed at the wall and I asked for a card she slammed the card down and told me goodbye as to say go away. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I'm pretty sure its the same woman that everyone is speaking of on this review of the hotel. The manager needs to address this issue.

The room was clean. However, the bathroom looked a bit dingy. The rooms have outside entrances. This just always feels less secure to me. The curtain for the window didn't cover the edge of the window. So if someone knocked on my room door and I went to see who it was by checking the door peephole the person outside would be able to see me standing at the door through the window. Which doesn't feel secure. The outside walkways and stairs are very dirty and gross. The staff was not very friendly or welcoming. The airport shuttle service was not available early enough for my flight. So I had to Uber. Conclusion, I will not ever stay here again.

Rooms were recently updated an pretty comfortable. Bed appears to be new and was comfortable. They appear to be updating the entire facility. I noticed a new bldg. was being totally remodeled. Good hotel for the price. Breakfast was not bad either. Nice safe neighborhood also, which is important. Close to airport and offer a free shuttle.
