The price was great however I have a few complains about. I asked for a non-smoking room but the room smelled like cigarettes. The alarm clock went off at 8am. The bed was uncomfortable.
STAY AWAY!!!!! THE MOST HORRIBLE HOTEL EVER!!!!!
I usually don't like writing reviews but in this case I feel like it's my moral obligation to do so.
I booked a room online before seeing the place, I thought to myself, how bad can it be?
BIIIG MISTAKE!!
NOT only the place was horrible, smelled like weed everywhere and there were tons of half naked stoned guys there, very unsafe, I am a single female, the hotel looked nothing like the pictures, it says 3 stars on their website but it's not even 1 star !!!
it's much dirtier than any Motel I've been to, but also once I got to the room I couldn't stay there for even 2 minutes it smelled so toxic like poison my eyes were watering, so I wanted to get a second opinion and I invited inside another guest that was walking by just to ask what he thinks and he also said he couldn't stay in the room it's impossible to breathe.
So I went back to the front desk trying to change rooms and the lady was very rude she refused to give another room or a refund.
How are they trying to rent rooms that are not in livable conditions? This is a big safety concern.
Those rooms should not be for sale I can't believe they would do something like that, this is the worst experience ever!!!!!
STAY AWA FROM THIS DISGUSTING PLACE
The worst terrible experience. The room smells terrible has mold. The carpet has a terrible smell. The bathroom is of horror has mold the walls are very bad looking. My husband and the baby got sick of such a bad smell. It is preferable to sleep in the car that in this called hotel. It is the worst experience that my family has gone through.🤮.
This is now my second review of this property.
We had a horrible stay; blood stains on bathroom walls, part of the door missing for bathroom and the beds are like sleeping on the floor.
We also were not allowed to check in until 7PM due to “the insurance company was taking pictures” - so you had ALL the hotel room doors propped open in this sketchy neighborhood unsupervised.
After they said they would give us a refund; 2 weeks later they recharged us again, this time making our bank account overdraft.
DO NOT STAY HERE; you can find cleaner, safe and better quality for the same price.
1st off. Staff was more than pleasant.
3 ring worms later and I’m not going back ever.
Everything is filthy. The mattress cover was never cleaned. Apparent by the dirty cigarette burn on it. The room was musky and humid. The bathroom was filthy, it had pee stains on it. I barely even wanted to step on the floor with my shoes. I asked for clean pair of everything and still got a ring worm from it. GROSS.
One of the cheaper hotels in the area. Beds were comfortable. Took a little bit for us to get our towels. The water didn't really get hot and the knob kept falling off the sink so we couldn't get cold water. Other then that it wasn't a bad place for the price we paid.
Do not stay at this hotel. They not only charged us two and a half times the normal rate when we were trying to escape from a hurricane but the rooms were disgusting and had roaches and they tried to give me spray for the bugs and told me it was safe for my animals and if I wouldn't have read the label and noticed the main ingredient is toxic to animals it would have killed my dogs and cats. They also would not waive the fee for my animals even though it was a mandatory evacuation for where we lived. We ended up checking out a day early and she promised us that we would get our credit for the extra night and the animal charges and instead of giving us a credit they charged us for an additional night!!!! Again this place is disgusting, the employees are incompetent, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!
Do not even try this hotel look for a better place. The room was very humid low maintenance dirty carpet and much much more.
Room telephone did not operate no light at bathroom sink and electrical outlets cover missing and loose can be dangerous for children to get electrocuted.
The only good thing was the cheap price but beware of what's behind the cheap price and look at my photos.
Enjoy your stay somewhere else please
By far the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel! Check-in is supposed to be at 3 so we left the theme park we were at to go check in and relax for a little bit before we went and back, arrived at 2:55, did not get into our room until after 4:30. When we did get to our room the door was blocked with paint buckets and there was someone in our room drilling holes in the walls, when we told him that this was our room he just grabbed everything and left, leaving bits of the wall all over the beds. But we were only intending to sleep in the room and wake up the next day and leave early so I wasn't trying to throw a fit about it. We left are things in the room as we went back to the park, Got Back to the room to find a couple roaches crawling on the walls, didn't really mind because I was so tired until I picked up my purse which was left in the room as well and literally 10 roaches started scattering around in my purse! Totally disgusting place! The floor felt like it was wet when I took my shoes off but when I looked at the bottom of my foot it was greasy and oily so it wasn't water, don't know what it was. So we had to go through all of our belongings to make sure there weren't any more roaches and then go stay at another hotel which I've never done before in my life! This place is absolutely disgusting and even if it were free I wouldn't stay there!
Our vacation started out rough,we were not prepared to find a popular vacation spot NOT pet friendly. It was almost impossible to find a hotel that would take pets. We were VERY thankful that this hotel does accommodate our furry family members. We were charged $25.00 for early check in, this was a first for me. We needed the room for 5 days. We were asked to pay a security deposit of $50.00 which was to be charged to our credit card and returned the day we checked out. When checking in I overheard a conversation, a customer complaining and disputing his security deposit being kept over some missing towels. I had a bad feeling so I made sure to count our linens and whenever we traded for clean linens I asked housekeeping to initial what was returned/ received.
At first glance our room appeared cleaned and smelled like bleach. After settling in the refrigerator did not work, found the furniture to be rough and dirty, and the curtain ripped. The pool had stand still water. The breakfast was dine in only and was nothing but danishes, it cost $10.00 to take to your room. The morning of checkout, found a roach in the bathroom and an unidentified bug on the bed. AT checkout, I was told that everything was good, thanked for keeping good care and watch over our pets, and for helping tend the room. I was told that our deposit $50.00 would be credited to our card within 7- 10 days. I asked for some kind of confirmation or receipt to that and was told they had not away to do that. I watched our credit card and was happy to find that there was never a deduction charged for the deposit so a credit was never needed. HOWEVER, a week or so later I found an email alert from our credit card, (for some reason was sent to my junk file) alerting us that a charge of $100.00 had been denied, due to not enough credit and was over the approved requested amount. The hotel had not charged the account the day we checked in but the morning we checked out had tried to charge the account by double the amount. If ever need to be in that area again will stay in another town and commute to Kissimmee, or leave pets with a sitter and stay in another hotel.
We stayed here while waiting for our home ac unit to be repaired. You definitely get what you payed for we only spent around $32 total. The furniture needed some repair, the bedside table lamp didnt work. The alarm clock wasn't even plugged in. The shower had great pressure. Overall, it was just a place to sleep in air conditioning and at that, we were successful.
Great location, surrounded by lots of entertainment, shopping and dining! Very reasonable prices, front desk clerk was friendly and informative upon check-in. A few minor things in room need to be fixed (like coffee maker) but rooms clean and beds comfortable. We were surprised to find housekeeping still working about 8pmlong day for them!
This hotel is only good because of its proximity to Disney. The "amenities" make it sound better than it is. The free breakfast is basically just danishes and very overcooked hard boiled eggs, with tiny shot glasses of milk to wash it down with. The shuttle only goes to Epcot and runs at pretty inconvenient times. The room itself was accented by dirty carpet and an outlet that had been ripped out of the wall by somebody. The flapper in the toilet didn't close after flushing so we had to reach into the back of the toilet and push it down manually to make it stop running water constantly. We told the lady at the front desk (had to walk over there because our phone in the room didn't work) and it never got fixed. We also were not provided with toilet paper during our entire stay. I had to walk to the front desk to get some because we ran out
Dirty room, the service was horrible, we made a reservation for a non-smoking room, pet friendly room and when we got there they say the didn't have a reservation for a pet friendly room and the only want available that it was pet friendly was a smoking room. It smells horrible. Not even with febreze, got better. The furniture is old and it stinks. It took us 3 days for them to send someone to sweep the floor (it was dirty since day one). It was clear that no one had dust the room in more than 6 months. The bathroom had hair in the tub and mildew on the tiles. The pillows and mattresses were hard. It really looked like a room from a Jayson's movie. I do not recommend this place at all.
