It was very good for the price. The parking isn't very good. Was woken in the middle of the night by the loudest car stereo I've ever heard and was tempted to throw bottles and rocks at the car. I can't blame the hotel for the stereo though. Only the patrons they attract.
The hotel is very low end. Elevators Did not work. No coffee don't know about breakfast. Had to leave before 7 am. Room not bad. But there was many homeless people walking around in the parking lots and working girls on the walkways
Had a rough start with my stay. Staff being unprofessional and quick to get you out their face when you ask a question. However the rooms are decent very comfortable beds. If it wasnt for a staff member by the name of Stacy I wouldn't have stayed.Ms. Stacy really went out of her way to accommodate me and my family. She went the extra mile! She made me comfortable and took her time to help me with a situation that I was going through at the time of check out! This is my first time in life ever writing a review on anything or anyone! However I could not sleep without letting days inn know that ms. Stacy is truly a blessing and she makes days inn! So THANK YOU MS. STACY!
Is it the nicest motel? Not at all. But I was able to get a room when I was trying to escape Miami due to hurricane Irma. The Days Inn served it's purpose and the front desk attendant, I forget her name, was incredible. Whoever worked the night shift on Sept 6 is a fantastic employee!
Disgusting is the word that comes to mind. Check in was almost 30 minutes late. The room was filthy. There was a fork on the floor by the bed so we know the room wasn't cleaned. We found bugs floating in the bottom of the ice bucket. The refrigerator had food in it. The smoke detector was missing as was a picture on the wall. We left early because we couldnt deal with the filth.
Not a bad place. Hotel was clean and had a decent continental breakfast. Wish the rooms were newer and more modern. I would stay there again on a pinch. The crowd was kind of rough though. Staff was nice though.
The beds were nice and comfortable, the air was nice and cold how ever, my boyfriend and I called to have the battery replaced in the safe in our room and now one ever came. Nor did we actual receive a deck out one verbally nor was there one on our receipt. It wasn't u til about a quarter to noon when someone knocked on our door and told us if we weren't out by 12 that they would charge us another $20.
I am extremely impressed with the customer service and the management here at the days inn. I wish I would have booked here my entire stay. The room is clean and bigger then I expected. I don't know what kind of problems this place had before but the new owner has really done a fantastic job cleaning things up. I will be telling my friends to come here. Great prices and attitudes. Thanks Days Inn
Poor room conditions and highly unsanitary. Workers unprofessional except for operations manager - no name tags, I wonder why. The first room we were checked into smelled of urine, AC barely blowing on the highest setting. That's not all, the bathroom was humid and the hole from the leak on the top floor still wet! The two troll ladies who greeted us again didn't seem surprised, instead the operation manager accommodated us to another room. She apologized for the inconvenience, even though I know it's not her fault; a lot of the staff just looked like they didn't care. The other two in the front I believe live in the building, comfortable with the awful conditions and secure in offering poor customer service. The second room smelled less of urine, not as humid and wet - this is what we were willing to settle into as unwilling participants of the Florida weather. After spraying all purpose cleaner and disinfectant everything smelled much better. Honestly it was a revolting stay, the sheets even had some stains on them. For an additional$20 pricing above other locations you'd think this one would have something other than a sweetheart operations manager who is doing with what HER management gave her.
Also, this Days Inn is licensed to Trident Hospitality LLC so any complaints to management would be a waste of time.
Ice machines on floor two and three were broken. Stairwell looks like it is in need of maintenance. It is missing one of the legally required exit signs on the second floor. There are just dangling wires it's place. The women at the front desk were friendly, but did not seem very professional. The trash cans outside are all full. You can hear the traffic from the interstate, but it is not too loud.
Why two stars, you might ask? The room itself was neat, and clean, and it was the cheapest hotel around.
Edit: changed it to a one star after they put out expired yogurt for breakfast.
Shantel was very helpfull getting a handicap unit for my mom even though the hotel was full, also the lady in charge of the breakfast room Emilly was very nice, she take care of everything on time.
There are a bunch of roaches and bed bugs. The rooms smell like cigs, the stairs smell like urine. It was absolutely disgusting & there was always someone knocking at our door at midnight. We called the main office & they said they would show up but they never came. On our second day we packed our bags & left. DO NOT LET ANY OF THE WEBSITES FOOL YOU!!! THEY NEVER TALK ABOUT THE PROSTITUTES AROUND AND THE jail RIGHT NEXT TO IT. IT IS NOTHING LIKE IN THE PICTURES!!
It is extremely disgusting, they were urine stains all over the sheets. Non-Smoking room smelled like an ashtray. Very dangerous neighborhood, 0.2 miles away from the Orlando jail. The receptionist attire was dirty didn't look professional at all. I would suggest the Days Inn on International or Altamonte (preferred). They were inexpensive and clean, sheets smelt like bleach which I love makes me known they are clean. If you make a mistake booking best to try to get your reservation transferred. Please stay clear. Don't eat breakfast have roaches the Spanish breakfast lady make guest clean up that are not Spanish talks on the phone the whole time don't do her job I almost fell because she was on the phone talking to her friend
Nice hotel. Some guests were not very classy. Desk attendant didn't seem to fully know how to do their job. Not far from shopping plaza or theme parks
They have prostitutes that works every weekend, I only seen two but they were there both weekends I was there, not as bad during the week days. Staff was polite requested no services during our stay we just requested and picked up our towels while we stayed. There was load noise all night almost every night until early in the morning, made it very complicated to sleep. Didn't sleep the first two nights due to all the noise and it was the weekend so everyone was partying. It's not a place to bring your children, I didn't have mine with me. But if I had I would have left. Its a place where you get what you pay for. The staff was not an issue, other than they allowed the activities to take place, I understand its a place of business but its needs to be managed better. But if your just looking for a cheap place to crash at and are not concerned then its a nice cheap place.
