Pretty good hotel for the nightly rate, included all standards even microwave and mini fridge. The recommend restaurants that have delivery to room were quite good too, especially the Pizzeria. Friendly desk staff on arrival which was nice after a long flight. However, shower head did not work in the shower, which was very annoying. Also only small square pillows were provided on the bed.

Very clean. The front concierge was very friendly and helped with all my needs. The morning breakfast cafeteria was very clean and the food was fresh all 5 days I stayed at the property. Would recommend this property for all business travelers and anyone looking to attend Orlando's theme parks without paying the expensive prices of staying at/near the park.

We booked 3 rooms for 9 guests. The AC units were very loud, so none of us got decent sleep as it was too hot to turn off. The rooms were old and definitely needs work. I didn't notice it in the other 2 rooms, but my room smelled old and musty as soon as we walked through the door. The staff was fantastic, but the rooms definitely needs some work.

We stayed at this Best Western to attend the Orlando maker faire. Check in and check out we're both painless and quick. The Continental breakfast could only have been improved by a wider selection of beverages. The beds were firm and a bit plasticy feeling. The shower had great water pressure and endless hot water. The maids were very good about cleaning the rooms, making the beds, but still leaving stuff we had strewn about untouched.

The location was about 20 minutes from our event, but was well worth it. The room and bathroom was clean and we'll stocked. Beds were a little on the too firm side but one could still sleep comfortably with all the pillows the free breakfast both days had a large variety and was delectable both days. Would use that hotel again in the future.

My family and I stayed there this past weekend during Hurricane Irma. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Kept everyone calm and were concerned for everyone's safety. Even though the power went out, they went above and beyond to still provide breakfast for everyone in the hotel. Thank you to all the staff members for your hospitality. Definitely recommend and would go back to this particular Best Western.

It was a nice, clean room with two queens in it. The free shuttle to the airport was really nice as well, although I'm sure the once an hour schedule could make it difficult for some people to get on the shuttle. The only thing that was a bummer was not having some sort of breakfast available for those leaving for the airport really early. With a name that has to do with the airport, it would be nice for them to help travelers out a little bit. With that being said, many hotels do the same thing as this one. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to before flying out of Orlando.

Don't take their shuttle from the airport, it took 45 minutes to come pick us up. I guess it's nice if you enjoy spending your time at the airport. Not exactly what I call a vacation. Another hotel shuttle driver came and went 3 times in the time we spent waiting. Additionally after picking the shuttle up we proceeded to pass 5 cars in a double yellow no passing zone with a full van load of passengers. Our driver was not afraid of using the horn on the van either.
The hotel is great. Breakfast is awesome and a great start to the day, rooms are clean and comfortable. This place is close to the airport and Florida mall. We really enjoyed our stay. The only gripe is about the shuttle driver.response / report this review -

I was checked in quickly and with a smile. Told where to get dinner and had a great experience with the 'park and ride'. Much recommended. All and all a very pleasant experience and will do it again-definitely.

Would stay again. Staff were all amazing. So friendly! The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The bed was fantastic. We all slept great!

I've stayed in 5 hotels over the last almost 2 weeks and this Best Western is by far the best! Very clean, the room was updated and had everything you needed, staff was super friendly and more then willing to accommodate anything, they have shuttle service for the airport (that I used) and it was very easy as well as menus at the front desk (if you ask) for delivery services. Very impressed and the rates are great. I stayed a total of 3 nights and if ever in the area again, I will stay here for sure!

This hotel is very nice and well maintained, the staff are efficient and friendly. I asked for early check in, and although they wouldn't guarantee it, I got into my room just before 12:30pm, which I appreciated. I asked for and recieved late checkout at noon the next day. In a hurry the next morning to be waiting in the lobby for the airport shuttle at 11:45 am, I left my room for a quick last errand. I returned at 11:37 to get my already packed bag and make a final sweep of the room for any personal belongings I might have left behind, only to find that my key card had been disabled. This was a little bit annoying as it made me feel I was being pushed out the door. I know it's a minor detail and I understand that the hotel was expecting to be busy. I was using my hard earned Best Western Rewards points though, so it made me wonder if I was being treated in a less hospitable manner than cash or cc guests might be.

Nice place. Beds were really comfortable. Plenty of room to sprawl out. Tons of outlets. 5 minute drive to the airport.
Bathroom was a bit cramped.
Voices carry down the hallway right through the room door.
