Big and comfortable room and bathroom. Nice breakfast. Nothing fancy, but close to Harry Potter theme park.

Room was decent, mattress was firm yet comfortable. Pillows were comfortable as well. Continental breakfast was okay, not incredible. Concierge didn't have any good ticket deals, they were actually more than the gate price. The only really annoying thing was the take out flyers constantly being slipped under the door, at least 3 per day. Also groups of other guests screaming in the hall at 3am, but that's not the hotel's fault.

This place is great, clean, my room was nice. Easy check-in. Snacks in the front reception area. Pool, fitness room. Only thing is a little noisier than I expected but once I was in my room, it was quieter. 😊

Location was easy to find and close to Universal Orlando. The staff was kind and professional, and the room was clean and tidy. There was a great variety for the continental breakfast and the food was great.

Be fore we booked our room asked if pool was open.oh yes it is .guess again not open and dirty .Nice clean big room. Staff polite and nice. Breakfast to many starchy foods no fresh fruits at all.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The manager in duty and staff were all very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was great. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel itself is a little bit old. The service was nice but when we checked in it took the front desk a long time to process our check-in because their card machine didn't work. They offer complimentary breakfast which is really nice, and the distance to universal is really close so it's awesome. They offer shuttle bus service to the main attractions but they only run at 2 specific times. Overall my two night stay there was trouble free and for a good price!

The hotel it's self very nice and clean. The only negative is don't depend on the shuttle aervice. We were waiting 1 hour 30 minutes for shuttle that never came. They said it was having problems so they were getting us taxi. After 20 more minutes we gave up. The hotel was nice and close to the park.

The customer service was excellent at this hotel and they have a good free breakfast selection compared to other hotels in the area. If you get hungry in the middle of the night there are some 24 hour food places on the other side of their parking lot. This hotel is kept clean and I would definitely stay here again.

Me and my family stayed here 3 nights and it was a great place especially for the awesome price! Very comfy and accommodating. Close to the theme parks. They have an information center that was also very helpful! Breakfast was very fresh and well stocked and the pool kept us busy during down time. Highly recommended!

Pleasant and knowledgable front desk staff. The only glitch was the fact that the last shuttle time from Universal Studios was changed at the last minute and not efficiently shared with patrons. We therefore missed the last shuttle and had to take a taxi back to the hotel. After speaking with the staff, we were reimbursed for the taxi monies. The outdoor pool was clean but still chilly for our stay in March. The free breakfast bar was good but wished it included bacon or some breakfast meat. The waffle making section was great! We even added a night stay because we were enjoying Orlando and our stay so much. We would stay at Quality Inn & Suites Universal Studios again!

The front desk staff was posted pleasant and efficient. Our reservation was dealt with promptly. The room was sparsely furnished but adequate for a 1 night stay. A desk would have been appreciated. The TV was a new flat screen. Breakfast was standard. There was scrambled eggs but no meat. The stay was as expected.
