Its under reconstruction due to a water main break inside but, the staff is so awesome and my room is so amazing

Poor service, under renovations, service elevator is out of order so staff has the laundry carts on the main elevators. Some rooms that say they are available on the websit are not acctually available and there were no key cards for our room, each time we wanted to go into our room we had to ask a manager to open our door for us.

Nice. Miss Norma in dining room is awesome! Beautiful Denaé at front desk was sweet and helpful, a real gem!

Staff nice. No AC and no heat. Wet bed sheets. Breakfast Not hot enough. Property under construction. Bed was comfortable. Sink stopped up Maintenance was to busy to fix After 17 hours i repaired the sink due to desperation. Room overly damp and humid. The reservations person didnt tell us this No pool either. I dont recommend staying here.

Very professional staff, great breakfast, clean room, exercise room is a pile of construction debris. Like the hotel enough to try to pressure them into fixing the exercise room prior to my next stay.

Very nice experience. Good continental breakfast. A/C worked very well in the rooms. Very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

There is massive renovation ongoing at the hotel. There is debris and construction everywhere. The breakfast was really bad - almost everything tasted like frozen foods which has been reheated multiple times. Overall - very disappointing.

My review is not based on the fact the front desk clerk gave me free candy. I stayed for business. Real nice place. Out of town a little. I didn't have breakfast though. It is a little older and doesn't look like much from outside, but it is a nice place I'd say better than the one with a green sign next door.
