Very nice hotel, especially for the area. Rooms are big and spacious. Staff is super nice. Love Ruth & the whole front desk crew. The valet guys are super helpful.

Great hotel even better staff. I've stayed at this hotel many times offer several years now and it is constantly changing and improving for the better. The rooms are a good size and well equipped with a good tv, coffee maker, fridge and water. Always clean and well maintained. The gym and pool area are again well maintained and I enjoyed using these facilities when I stay. You can eat at Marcelo restaurant and crickets bar which is still priced and serves a great selection from the menus. There is also a convenience store and Starbucks too. The staff are really friendly, approachable and happy to help and many get to know you when you staff more than once. I would definitely recommend this hotel never disappointed and after not staying here for a while. I was very happy to return. Great work Florida hotel keep it up

The lobby was spotless and well maintained. The staff was incredibly courteous. I decided to use the Starbucks on site and the staff there were amazing. It was the morning rush and only two girls working behind the counter. I was so sure that it was going to be a huge wait and something would go wrong. They were awesome and worked incredibly well together. Coffee was overpriced but it was well worth it.

It's absolutely amazing! The staff is top notch. I sure hope Joey is working in the front to help you to your room because he is just fantastic! You have so much to do right around here not to mention the enormous mall connected to the hotel. Hope you have just as a memorable time as my 3 yr old daughter and I did.

This would be a 5 star review if it weren't for a broken elevator servicing our side of the hotel our entire stay.
The Conference facilities are ample, the Restaurant surprising in food quality, quantity, and presentation. The room was definitely above average with a very large refrigerator and comfortable beds. Kudos for generous quantities of AC outlets available all around the room for any thing you might have need to plug in.response / report this review -

What a great locationclose to Universal, WDW, and more. I have stayed here three times while attending a conference in the hotel. The staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean, well-decorated with comfortable beds. The restaurant and bar/lounge has delicious food from early morning breakfast buffet to late-night burgers in the lounge. A great stay again, and yes, I will be back.

People were so great! From the check in to housekeeping to restaurants, this hotel has hired excellent people and trained them well. Also, the fitness room is one of the best I've ever seen in a hotel. Multiple machines, rowing machines, 6 treadmills, dumbbells, and more. Also quite roomy. Room is just OK. Spacious but a bit dated and plain. Also, room rate was quite reasonable but then they added the resort fee, which added quite a bit. Morning buffet was top notch - omelette bar, breakfast fixings, anything you could want.

Talk about convenience, this hotel is attached to a mall! Everything you could ever want is right at your doorstep,. You don't even have to leave the building to reach restaurants and shops.
The hotel is very nice with a friendly and efficient staff. The rooms are pleasant and smoke-free. There are two elevators for access to the upper floors. There is a bar called Crickets that serves hot food late, after the mall has closed.response / report this review -

Conference rooms clean and in good locations

I enjoyed my stay! Casey, one of the staff members went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable & satisfied. This was my first time staying there but I will be back with my family. Just a beautiful place to relax & regroup!

Its not easy to travel and leave your family behind, but as a working mother it's necessary. My first trip to Orlando, Fl was suppose to be a very excited one, but due to mild anxiety episodes during my flight, it started out terrible. I was not feeling well when I arrived on the hotel campus and just wanted to sleep. With a headache and aching feet, I was greeted by the bellman. He was very nice and patient with us and assisted us with a smile. We preceding to check in, and was also greeted with a smile by front desk clerks. Dragging to my room, the housekeeping attendants were extremely nice and was eager to ensure our stay was filled with relaxation. R.J. was just one of the attendants that I remember. He was very nice, always asked if we needed anything, and did it with a sincere smile. He had meal suggestions like The Cricket's Bar & Grill where we enjoyed some great food served in a mesmerizing atmosphere. He also had suggestions for transportation and entertainment. what a wonderful staff! I can not wait to return for my next conference.

Great staff nothing is too much. Great accommodation which is very clean and tidy. The gym and the pool areas are very well kept nice to use. The bar has a nice selection of drinks and food and is responsible priced. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here. Typical 3 star hotel.

Love this hotel! The whole facility is very modern and kept up well. It all is clean and the staff is very friendly. I have been using this hotel for business travel to orlando and each time it's been a great experience. The rooms are quiet which makes it very easy to focus on work and get everything done that I need to. The fact that the lobby connects into the Florida mall was a nice convenience (even though I end up spending money I hadn't planned on). I also love that there is a Starbucks in the lobby. A girl's gotta have that morning coffee! I highly recommend to anyone visiting Orlando. I've stayed at a couple other places in the area and this one was a much higher quality experience for the same money.
