Extremely welcoming staff! Everyone from the front desk, to the coffee bar. The hotel has been nicely renovated, the rooms looked and smelled clean and had a very functional layout.

Great location for SeaWorld. Clean, modern rooms. Great staff! Very friendly and helpful! The free breakfast is always nice, especially with kids. My family and I really loved our stay here.

If you are going to Sea World this is a great place to stay for families. it has a great Pool, the shuttle to sea world only takes about 10 minutes, it has a decent breakfast. Sea world themed, helpful staff. Would stay here again.

Rooms are big enough for the whole family without getting in each other's way. So far very nice helpful staff.
However watch for extra charges on your credit card. After being home for 3 days I was still getting charges for parking, $40 yet we didn't have a car. And for food we didn't order. I have called, emailed, left messages and still no refund or return call.

I was very pleased with this hotel. The staff was super nice and immediately called upon our check in to our room to see if we had everything we needed. The room was very clean and recently renovated. The pool was fantastic and very clear. The bartender was polite and was managing several customers at once with a smile on her face. I would have given 5 stars for the stay but on our check out day I became violently sick. When my husband called the front desk to request a wheelchair (I couldn't walk from pain) to be able to get me to the car, we were told the hotel didn't have one, which was very concerning. We were not offered any follow up in a form of assistance and the staff ended the call. We ended up having to call 911. No one from the hotel staff came up to check on us at any time even when the paramedics arrived. I went out on a stretcher right by the front desk without one word said to us. We ended up having to stay an extra night due to the emergency surgery I had to have. When my husband checked us out after this ordeal he mentioned the scary medical issues that happened and still no word from the staff. This has made me go back and think that the hotel staff is prepared for just the basics but when it is time to go above and beyond and really show exemplary customer service (especially if a guest goes out on a stretcher) the hotel fell very short. It was almost insulting. **Please keep in mind I have never had 911 called on me and have never been to an ER for any reason so this was very scary. But still, no care from the staff was shown.

Great hotel in a great location. Free shuttle to all of the parks except for Disney. Rooms are big and the remodel they are doing looks nice.

Visited my brother's family while they played tourist. The room was a little small, but very clean, well stocked, and modern. We had a blast playing in the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to friends staying in the area.

Clean, convenient location to restaurants and Sea World. Kids enjoyed pool with zero entry, Breakfast was decent. Was not a fan of bathroom layout, the mini fridge only stayed in two hour increments before having to push button for cool again. Quick Que for Sea World was nice bonus. Staff is helpful.

Front desk manager was very helpful. Need more sound buffing on first floor, could hear people outside and by the elevator while in room.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Front desk messed up our transaction when we checked in. The rooms have kind of a strange layout. Location is great for Seaworld parks and good restaurants within walking distance.

It was spacious, clean, excellent hotel. Breakfast was a little lacking. Outside of waffles, the only other hot foods avaliable were eggs and ham and oatmeal.

The hotel has been very busy but you would never be able to tell with how awesome the service is. The rooms are very well kept and my wife and I really enjoyed the general aesthetic of the room. We had our infant with us and they were awesome at helping accommodate him. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.
