Beautiful hotel and amazing service. Vanessa was the best. They have 3 pools all outdoor but two are heated. There are a lot of kids but to be honest the rooms are almost sound proof. Was able to get some of the best sleep there. They even have a few Starbucks drinks in the main lobby coffee shop/store and they have a bar and grill didn't get a chance to try them or the buffet they have. They also have people selling tickets for universal studios and other attractions for a discounted price. Amazing experience and so much around to see.

Quite a pleasant experience. The hotel is very well located, near good restaurants and shopping spots. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff seems to be fully trained and always helpful. The facilities are modern and varied. Such a great choice!

Favorite place to stay in Orlando. Hotel is clean; staff is friendly & helpful. The breakfast buffet is a great way to start the day. The dinner buffet isn't fancy but perfect after a long day sightseeing! LocayiIn is ideal for shopping. It's right on the bus and trolley lines too. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

It is what is cheap cheerful and a good base ti have in Orlando. My first back here in about 15 years. Has not changed much and it could really do with being brighter in the rooms. But as most people just sleep here i suppose its not worth the owners outlaying the cost. But I"d still recommend it.

This place exceeded expectations! Comfortable beds, clean room, very nicely decorated. We had a fridge and microwave. I heard every room did. They also had a free shuttle service to universal and sea world which is where we were going. So that was a nice surprise. CVS is just across the parking lot so if you forgot anything poof there it is. The staff was OK. They are busy and it shows in their demeanor. The most cheerful one we met was a maid in the hall. I have no idea what her name was but she put a smile on our face.

Have had a lovely 2 weeks stay here. Rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay and are cleaned everyday with fresh towels and face flannels. Lovely pool view, but traffic from the I 4 and the air conditioning unit in room very noisy! The restaurant serves a variety of tasty food and the milkshakes from the coffee shop are to die for!!

Staff was pretty awesome and accommodating. The view was awesome! You could see the Eye of Orlando from our room. The salt chlorinated pool was super refreshing and just what I needed after a long day at universal. Will stay again.

Stayed here for the last 3 years running. Always clean, friendly staff and room by the pools! Dave the barmen is a legend! Will always stay here when visiting Orlando. Close to lots of bars and restaurants, excellent transport links to parks and shopping.

Jut back from a fabulous stay at the Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The amenities are fab. The park shuttles and buses are great. The rooms are basic, but totally clean and the beds are comfortable. The hotel grounds are spotless and well kept. Can't wait to return in 10 weeks time for a longer stay. Thanks guys.

Have been there multiple times. Awesome place for brunch. My company recently had their corporate sales meeting at the conference center. Food was great. Staff was very professional. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room is decent. Lacking in cleanliness and comfort. Was like a motel. A/c makes a lot of noise. Convenient location and fair price. Staff is friendly. 24 hours food options .

I reserved a room with a king size bed over 3 months in advance. When I arrived, the manager told me they had 1120 rooms, but only 40 king beds and none where available. They have my wife & I a room with 2 double beds on the far side of the hotel from where the conference I was attending was being held. Amenities (soap, shampoo, etc)were missing from the room when we arrived. Management did not seem to care. I will not return to this hotel!

Decent hotel and a good value for the money. Rooms and beds were small, but everything was clean. Pools are nice, though having I-4 directly in front of it kind of takes away the relaxating vibe it could have had in a more secluded setting. Also, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Its a good place to stay with all needed amenities and yet not so expensive when compared to other hotels. Lots of tourists prefer this hotel for its location and less price. I loved this hotel. Everything is walkable on the International drive. It is neat and clean and nicely maintained. No frills but awesome. The deli and zebra bar are great . You can grab food and beer and sit on the patio outside of the deli and relax. You can always make some new friends there. I liked it a lot!

This hotel is marvellous. It is clean and tidy with numerous helpful items like coffee makers and hairdryers. Most helpful of all is there are no local taxes to pay on top of your room rate. I love everything about it apart from the frosty reception staff. Someone should tell them their face won't crack if they smile in fact I felt that anything they helped me with was all too much trouble for them. Even paying for services? !?!?!
