The location was perfect. The room was clean and spacious! The staff was very accommodating with assisting me anyway possible. The manager Charles was the most pleasant, and kind and very polite. Will stay again

If you are used to neat hotels, keep searching. I rented a suite, which was not very clean upon my arrival. I requested for room service. Next, my safe was dysfunctional, after the maintenance personnel fixed it, it broke again this time with my belongings in it. The shower needs a total makeover, paint, putty, etc. I did see a roach and a bug, which bother me personally. The room was damp and the hallway smelled like ammonia, which also permeated my suite. Furniture definitely needs replacement as it definitely is worn out. Some glasses for drinks did not meet my cleanliness standards, clean but a bit cloudy at the bottom. The fridge had condensate upon opening it and did not have a thermostat. I paid around $400 for 4 nights and would definitely advise spending a little more, unless on a tight budget. If you are looking for ambiance, this is not it; place is more for a single dude who does not care to stay more than one night.

Stayed here for three nights while in Orlando. Nice place, close to Orlando attractions. No restaurant. Only a bar. No games. Swimming pool not well staffed. Did not visit the gym. Room was big and well appointed. Reception staff very helpful but rather busy.

This hotel is terrible! They advertise Free Breakfast and Free Wifi. When I went down for breakfast I was told it was $6.50 and when I received my invoice at the time of check out it was $7.50. The internet connection is terrible and if more than 10 guests are trying to use it at the same time you are booted off. The first room I was in did not have air conditioning, it was stuck on 77 degrees so I had to be moved to another room. This room had a loud fan motor that never shut off, the toilet wouldn't flush and was leaking. I had a patio outside of my suite that was flooded by a malfunctioning hot tub that ran over. Housekeeping was questionable. All they did was empty the trash and bring in clean towels. On a positive note: The front desk staff were wonderful as well as Melissa the bar tender. My advice, do not stay here if you are on a business trip!!

The staff was pleasant but the rooms were terrible. We had 5 rooms and every shower/tub in each room was semi clogged leaving you standing in about 5 inches of water as you showered. The buffet in the morning was terrible and they only allowed one small glass of orange juice. If you wanted more you had to pay. They had no water at the buffet leaving me to walk to my room, get my paper coffee cup, walk to the ice machine to fill it up and put water from the faucet in my cup. The rooms were old and dilapidated and the shower head hit me mid chest. You could tell it hasn't been updated since the 80's. Will not go back again. Ever.

Check in was a breeze and the room is spacious. There was even a spa tub in the room. I'm in town for a conference and there is several places to eat within walking distance as well as a Walgreens and 7-11. Haven't had time to actually check out the pool/spa or restaurant on site though.

A well used Hotel which could benefit from updating. Musty smell throughout. Great location for the conference center. A short walk to international drive restaurants. Breakfast is basic but ok. The bar is quite pleasant and beer quite reasonably priced.

The good: it's very conveniently located near the orange county convention center. It's reasonably priced. The bad: not extremely well cleaned; hair on the shower curtain, red goo by the sink (still there after at least 2 cleanings). The electricity appears to have issues, when I plug something into an outlet, it flickers the lights (which aren't even p plugged into the outlet) The entrance nearest my room is broken so I have to go in another entrance And the room smells a bit musky.

You get what you pay for. It would of been 1 star but, it has a very big and nice pool. It's not heated though. So it's useless in the winter. It has a small bar. Didn't use it so not sure of the prices. Customer service sucks here. Couldn't understand a word they were trying to say. There's a McDonald's right across the street. Convenient store at the end of the block.only positives. They have carmras everywhere. I did not feel safe here.

We stayed here during Hurricane Irma. It was one of the very few motels that still had a few rooms left. I was quite surprised. The room was clean , although does need updating. More importantly the staff was incredible. They are friendly and helpful. Whatever we needed they were there to help.
As a handicapped person I had access to a first floor room that was spacious enough to store luggage and still have room for me walker and wheelchair. The pool area is quite nice and my husband was able to sit outside and relax.
I did not eat their breakfast but it looked liked a good deal for the price. I did drink their coffee which was quite good.
If you don't want to. spend a fortune on a room , and be in a great location I would recommend the Clarion Inn and Suites on International.

It is a convenient location to the Orlando Convention center. Other than that everything else leaves much to be desired. The room was decent in all aspects but tiny. Their definition of Queen sized beds is a stretch and there was a ton of differed maintenance issues in our room. I would definitely not seek this hotel out unless you are just interested in location.

Older hotel. Check in took 45 minutes as there was only one desk clerk. Rooms were clean beds were hard. Air conditioner loud. Hot breakfast is $6.99 per person that we passed on since it was limited selection. We stayed here because of the best price in the area during the mega con convention. Would stay here again because of price and cleanliness

They were kind enough to give a room on the 1st floor by request. The room was clean and the beds were so comfortable! The pillows were great too. The shower had great water pressure which I am pretty particular about. Overall a great experience.

This is by FAR the WORST place I have ever stayed and I travel a lot. Stained mattress on the sofa bed, plumbing problems as soon as we walked in and the place was not set up well at all. Breakfast is a joke. We had two kids traveling with us and they didn't have juice. Only coffee. This place was a nightmare! The only good thing I will give them is the pool. I gave them one star only because I had to give something in order to write a review. Stay clear of this place.

No fluffThe Truth! First off, I really questioned how some people could have such stellar reviews when I had such an opposite experience. Then I started to click on the people to read their other reviews. Wouldn't you know, they are professional reviewers. Some of their other reviews were actually copied and pasted to other businesses. The best is when they rated a hotel the same week they stayed at another one. Anyway, I gave the hotel two stars because the people seemed nice, so it wasn't their faults. It just seems that they have a $0 operating budget. Kind of sad really. When you walk into the lobby, it smells off. Not sure how to explain it. Overall bad ventilation, strong must like smell. Once I checked in and walked to my room, the hall smell was worse and my room had that old homeresidual smoke smell too. I wanted to return to the counter and check out but everything was sold out else where near the Convention Center, so I was stuck. Then, my wife said the credit card company called them with a fraud alert from the hotel. For some reason they tried to charge my card the full stay amount day 2 of stay at 3 am. I asked about it, and they tried to explain it away but it didn't really make sense. I know I am protected with my card company so not that worried if malicious. As another patron said, I would not use your debit in case. Long story short, I really wouldn't want my family to stay at this hotel. It seemed unhealthy to be honest. I didn't unpack my bag, I laid a towel in the chair just to put my dirty clothes on because I didn't trust it. I am really not trying to be rude, but it almost looked like the someone had some type of bodily accident on the chair. I am hoping this message is received as an indication that their facility needs attention and so that people (especially on vacation with family) don't ruin their trip to the happiest place on earth and waste their hard earned money. I plan on writing a similar message to Choice Hotels. I genuinely felt bad for families with small kids that I saw. This hotel is an added stress that isn't fair to them. I have added pics I took because my words are only words. Judge yourself!
