Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Beds are a little hard but not horrible. Decent free breakfast.

Great stay very comfortable. Very friendly staff. Management were awsome when we had an accident with our child. They directed us to the closest er. Would like to stay again.

Our stay at this hotel was not the best. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our entire stay. The breakfast was good every morning. The water has a bad smell to it. The first night of our stay the toilet ran all night and kept us awake. We were able to change rooms the very next day and in the new room the air conditioning cut on and off all night. It was very loud. We did not get any sleep. When we reported it to the front desk they had maintenance work on it the same day. When we returned to our room that evening it was a little quieter but still quite noisy. The water in both rooms had a horrible smell during our entire stay. We reported that to the staff but did not notice any improvement.

Great customer service all around. The breakfast was phenomenal. We stayed here for 5 days and they kept on having different options of protein, so always something different. There was so much to choose from, I would definitely come back and recommend it highly !

Excellent service. Diane at the front desk was wonderful. I made a mistake with booking and Diane corrected it with no problem. Always stay here and always enjoy our stay.

Fantastic! Just great. We are currently here from Ohio and got stranded after being unable to get home due to Hurricane Irma. The staff have been phenomenal despite being tired and stressed. They have been nothing to lovely even to those guests that may have not deserved the kindness and grace and they have been so sweet to my family and I. We are very impressed and want to give a shout out to not only the front desk staff but those who coordinate the food and housekeeping as well as those workers tasked with those jobs. Really over all the entire team has been fantastic amid a very stressful time. We will recommend this hotel and plan to be back ourselves very soon! Thank you!!!!

They were respectful, the house keeper would always leave a towel animal behind for us and it was close to everything we wanted to do. They would always welcome us with a smile, the breakfast was good, they gave us restaurant recommendations that we should try They are great place to stay at😊

Very good service and approachable staff. Rooms were cleaned well everyday. All questions were answered with a smile. We didn't enjoy all of the facilities like the pool or bar but it all seemed to be well taken care of. Breakfast was ok. It's standard flare for a hotel like this. They even have a waffle maker to make waffles in the shape of Mickey mouse. Cool. There's usually a line up this maker though.

Clean, large rooms. Customer service isn't horrible but lacking. The front desk had trouble finding our reservation. Rather than assisting with it, I was tasked to find the problem which took 30 min and turned out to be the reception desk searched my name wrong. If you don't go to breakfast super early don't bother. They definitely don't treat their 9am guests like their 8am guests. We left hungry! All in all not the experience we hoped for after paying so much for a room.

Recently attended a conference in Orlando and stayed at Fairfield Inn and Suites. My experience exceeded my expectations. Rooms were very clean, beds comfortable and I received an upgrade on arrival which was unexpected. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Eager to assist in any way they could. I especially want to commend Janie (Splash bartender) for her friendly outgoing manner. Food was good as well. Appreciated the complimentary breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Keep up the excellent work.

Nice hotel with an extremely nice staff, rooms are clean, well spaced and excellent room service. However, the complimentary continental breakfast isn't stellar, but has a wide variety of foods, ranging from coffee, tea, juice, milk, cereals, bread, bagels, varied toppings, fruits, yogurts and mickey mouse waffles and pancakes. It's right across the street from Sea World. There are no bell boys or valet parking.

Great staff, very cheerful and glad that you're there. Newer property that is close to Parks, Convention Center, Airport, highways. Very Convenient. Pharmacy is across the parking lot. Typical breakfast but good enough to get fed and out on the road. Minutes from OCCC, close to the exit to get to the Orlando Airport. Ample parking around property.

Perfect place to stay. It is located within walking distance to Sea World & Aquatica , family friendly , hot full delicious breakfast included every morning they vary their menu so that is not exactly the same thing everyday. Rooms are clean & quiet. Staff is friendly and ready to help. Plus free shuttle to Sea World daily. And free Quick Que passes for Sea World if you ask front desk they'll tell you where to go. Definitely going back for a long stay.
