I've been to this location on many occasions and it has yet to disappoint. Nice meeting space. Nice rooms. Great food. Fun night club. Reasonably priced.
We went to the Three Nine Bare and Grill at the hotel. It was nice. Good vibes. Good food. The valet tried to make us pay 40 bucks when valet is only 20 but that was it. Good night other than that.
Rooms were neat and quiet. Staff cleaned every day and we're curtious. Food by the pool was reasonably priced and delicious. Only complaint was I was told I could check in early but then was unable to when I arrived. They allowed me to store my luggage with them free of charge, however, while I attending my meetings until my room was prepared.
Beautiful hotel in the midst of very busy international Drive. The lobby is immaculate, spacious and inviting, giving plenty of room for travelers to converse and meet up for a moment or an hour. The hotel staff are very professional and friendly. There are a number of restaurants and coffee shops as well as a gift shop. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and utilize the latest in eco-friendly amenities. My bed was very comfortable and I slept like the dead without the commitment. :) Conference rooms are nicely furnished and comfortable, and the meals served by the hotel during our conference were both tasty and healthy. I would definitely recommend Rosen Plaza Hotel for the business traveler or the family coming for vacation.
Great beautiful hotel with gratitude amenities. Had two full size beds. Way too small. Pillows are too lumpy. Staff is super friendly and very helpful.
Great rooms. Food by the pool was excellent and bartender Josh Gerald were amazing at the 39 bar and grill! I loved the gift shop, the inside bar had rich tasty food as well. I will come again.
The most incredible management, service and staff. !The hotel is pet friendly!
We fled Miami because of Hurricane Irma, the hotel offered us incredibly comfortable and clean rooms for $79/night. They also reduced their price on the buffet and restaurant while Irma was in action in Orlando for 3 days. 24/hour cafe was serving delicious food such as wings, pizza, sandwiches, etc. When it was time to block all the doors during the hurricane, the hotel set up doggy relief area (pooping spot in other words ;) ). They also set up smoking area at the end of the hallway, far from non smokers, which is a win win for everyone! Stayed there for a week. The hotel is a fortress, so we felt very safe. AMAZING !
P.S. On the picture is the dog relief area, with actual squares of grass.
The best Rosen owned hotel in Orlando. Excellent staff, clean, well kept, attractive lobby, tons of on site amenities, reasonable rates with lots of special discounts. I use to get complaints about another Rosen hotel from my clients, and then I had a bad experience there myself that showed me why they were unhappy there. That hasn't happened at all with this hotel so it was obviously a local management issue. Irma was probably the real test of this place and the staff has performed beautifully well. Great job!
Very nice Hotel right accross the street from the convention center. Fairly up to date and very clean. Nice outdoor pool and several places to get food and drink at different price points. Many more options walkable on I drive. Only disappointment was the gym: very small, crowded and poor equipment.
Great hotel. Very convenient location it's close to Disney and Universal studios. There are many places to eat and even a movie theater very close. There's a huge pool and even better a great jacuzzi with a waterfall you can stand under for a great neck and shoulders massage. Nice rooms and friendly staff. Also it's right next to the convention center. So the strong points are LOCATION, LOCATION, and LOCATION.
Overall I liked everything that is going on over there with the room, cleanliness and amenities. Dining choices are nice. The only quibble is with their customer service. I needed something repaired and while I don't mind the time waiting, it was just frustrating that there was no update as an hour went on.
It was a fantastic experience from the moment I pulled up to the hotel. The valet staff and bell hop were the absolute best. A great asset to this hotel. The convention staff we top notch. I mean this event was one of the best I've ever attended. I hope that Bour Book does their show here every year.
I was at the Rosen Plaza Hotel for a conference and stayed in one of their rooms as well. The staff was always professional and friendly. My room was clean and had a great view of the surrounding area. The location was great. There was plenty to do during my downtime. All in all, it was a great experience.
