The hotel canceled my reservation booked 3 months in advance. I woke up on Sun morning after all vacation has been planned without a place to stay. I tried calling for 2 hours. No one even answered the phone.

I had a king suite and overall it was great. The only major issue I had was that nobody was at the desk when I was checking out and had to stand there and wait for about 10-15 minutes for someone to come. And there wasn't a bell, so -1 star for that.
The room had a stove, fridge, 2 sinks, dish washer, microwave, coffee maker, plates, cups, free WiFi, 2 TVs, bed was comfy and housekeeping made it every day and gave fresh towels when I was away. But the metal plate on the stove was sideways and probably not plugged in correctly. There was free breakfast too.
They were also doing construction on the first floor but that wasn't a bad thing. The hallways were dark, I think they should be brighter.response / report this review -

This hotel is in the process of closing for renovations. Extensive work is being done with guests rooms still occupied. The staff is making our stay a great experience, but this hotel should close till the renovation is done.

Definitely nothing like a suite I've ever stayed in! Not worth $109 a night. Building is old and it's currently being renovated. Needs to be closed until complete. It served its purpose since I'm here because I had no power after the hurricane. I drove a nice lil distance to get here. Cvould have paid less and went to a red roof Inn. Same type of situation. No recommendations here!

Awesome staff..hotel a real work in progress!!!
The entire first floor is off limits and under renovation. Which is totally understandable but the pest problem is inexcusable and unacceptable. I used an entire can of spray and the roaches kept coming. Once this establishment had been renovated, this would be a great place to stay because of the location and staff.response / report this review -

Old place, currently under renovation and a mess. They should have closed for the renovations. Also, no A/C in bedroom, it's in the living room, good luck keeping the bedroom cool with the fan they provide. Pool area nice, continental breakfast decent, beds very comfortable.

First, I'd like to compliment the staff for being polite and punctual. Each day thus far has had the complimentary breakfasts on time. Great when you have to wake up early for an appointment or a convention. Also was able to check in early because of availability. The pool and hotub were always clean and ready for use. The room was always tidied and replenished when we returned. Nothing to complain about 10/10 would do again.

Staff Accommodating, pool looks great but Hotel run down, infested with Roaches. Husband killed 5 during the night while I was sleeping and I saw one crawling in bathroom and one across fridge in the morning when I woke up.

The room was very nice. Lots of space! I was glad to have Continental breakfast, but it could have 🐝 a little better. Overall a very nice stay.

Hotel is very affordable. Don't expect anything swanky but the proximity to the event center is very helpful. Amenities are aging and need upgrades. Rooms are dated and dark. Not a bad place to stay on business.

I stayed here for 5 nights while attending a convention. Room was clean and large. Beds were comfortable and room was well appointed and clean. Breakfasts were average but sufficient. The location was quite convenient. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for simple accommodations with good value. Only complaint is that the water had an aweful smell.
