Location is close to restaurants, shopping and downtown Ft. Myers is about 5 miles away. Interstate 75 is also very close. Only thing negative about room is we booked for 7 nights and unpacking our clothes proved to be a challenge with only 3 small drawers and a very small closet.

Modern design property with comfortable rooms. Well maintained from what I can see, with all-night room service. Decent gym with cardio machines and weights. Outdoor pool was clean and medium-sized.

Hotel is nice and modern. Clean inside and out. Amenities in room needs attention. Shower door leaks. Warm water not hot so cool shower. Breakfast was good. BUT when breakfast was over the coffee was put up and if you wanted coffee it is $4.00 at their bar or off the menu. Day staff at counter very snobbish. House cleaning VERY limited in speaking English. Hyatt needs to secret shopper this place for quality. Disappointing to say the least.

I'm only writing this review because the manager has failed to respond to my email. I was here on business and have had multiple incidences that WERE NOT GOOD. first the main incident was that I had to check out of my hotel room early because my room at a big ass COCKROACH! the man at the front desk was nice enough to help me get my things out of the room and bring them downstairs because I wasn't going back in there that thing had wings. I believe his name was ian, I'm not sure very nice man. I would like to get refunded for that night due to me checking out early however management has not responded his name is JOHN PARKER. When I first checked in my room smelled horrible like old wet furniture but I didn't wanna be a burden I brought spray and that was that. Some of the staff downstairs had major attitudes and when I wanted my hotel bill after leaving I requested it 3 times and got nothing. I had to go back up to the hotel just to make one of them give me my receipt. I was there on business and have heard multiple coworkers complain about things going missing in their hotel room. I have not experience this but that is because when I leave I put the do not disturb sign I don't let house keeping come in I put my garbage outside and that's that. I hope someone sees this and helps me with my refund. Will never stay at that location again.

I love this hotel. Amazing bed, clean room, better than normal hotel breakfast, big shower, no tub, bad office, ok but small pool, but sadly no hot tub. You should defiantly stay here.

I have been getting rooms at this Hyatt since I was 18 years old for prom. Fort Myers is where I grew up and this is the nicest hotel in Fort Myers hands down. Super quiet, right off of the interstate making it perfect location for a upscale hotel room.

Hyatt place Fort Myers is in a great location. The rooms are very nice and clean. The shower is glass doors and a rain shower head which is nice. All the staff is very nice and greets you when they see you. The only thing that may determine people is the pool is quite small but we went to the beach for swimming so we didnt care for the pool so I still believe it is 5 star experience and would definitely recommend it.

We were pleasantly surprised. What a nice place. They were revenoating. Which means they are working to keep things up to date. The breakfast was great. The hotel was clean. I loved it. We loved it.

Front was extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were a little on the small side for me. Air-conditioning unit extremely loud. Situated directly next to bed. This made sleep challenging. Overall a good visit!

Hotel looks beautiful on the outside, a couple rooms had beds that were almost worn down, squeaky, etc. Scrub the bathroom tiles, and invest in LED Lighting for them as well. Dark lights in bathrooms, makes the room appear dirty. Front Desk team was awesome.. Congrats again to the young lady who just got married.

The hotel seems dark and old. The hallways are cramped and gloomy. The water pressure was almost non-existent. The staff however was very friendly and accommodating.

My whole experience was just average. The night front desk person was friendly but not particularly compassionate towards my group of weary travelers. The A/C in my room didn't work. The pool area was small with broken lounge chairs. There is nothing within walking distance, no restaurants or shopping. However, the bed was comfortable, the hot water was hot and overall the hotel was clean.
