We booked this as a last minute option for a quick weekend trip. Clean rooms, friendly staff and guests. Easy access parking and close to a lot of dining and shopping options.

Rooms were Great and Staff was Awesome!
Even though they had a Hockey Tournament last weekend, everyone was cordial and I didn't experience any children running up and down the hall like I have at other hotels during the late night hours.
The only mishap that Staff needs to be very careful with is maintaining proper ID to match the room number when guest purchases Beer, Wine and Snacks instead of letting guest tell them the room number and the charges get posted to whatever they say or have them Pay upon Purchase so no confusion is made to other guest like myself.
I don't drink alcohol and didn't know they sold it there plus I purchased my snacks at a local store for half the price I was billed.
Front Desk Representative was nice about taking the charges off as I instructed that they look on their cameras at time of purchase and bill whomever made purchases if possible.
Other than that, Everything was Great!

Hotel has been recently renovated. Clientele is a little rough with the hotel loudly displaying their policy against parties in the rooms and pool as well as nose complaint policy. First room smelled strongly of smoke. Second room was a little messy but didn't want to nice again. Staff is nice, breakfast was fine.

Fantastic hotel, rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Modern rooms with comfortable pillows, easy to set thermostat and a quiet AC system (a allowing a for a goodnight sleep for light sleepers and children). Staff was friendly and helpful. Requested a baby crib for our child and the front desk staff immediately took us to our room and set it up for us. Hotel has a small but useful gym, indoor pool and generous complimentary American breakfast. Cannot beat the value and cleanliness of the hotel in one of the safest areas of greater Detroit.

Wonderful hotel! Rooms were spacious and very nice. Employees were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great and the pool and hot tub were clean. Would definitely visit again!

Nice room, good breakfast, extremely courteous staff. Small workout and pool. One suggestion would be to have the guest breakfast and computers behind key card access. People were coming in from outside that simply ate and left. Same with the computers. One lady filled a bag with sweeteners and jelly. Maybe guests, maybe not. Doesn't seem secure.

Location is great, right off of route 10, plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Room was clean as usual (stayed here several times). Breakfast is quick and simple, no complaints there, Rita, the attendant is great! The only down sides are the limited parking space and the rooms seem to be difficult to temperature control.

What a horrible experience. The power went out in the area and it took the local power company a number of hours to get the power on. This certainly wasn't the hotels fault. Once the power did come on the wifi and AC did not come back on. At this point the my room was hot, to hot to sleep.

I called the front desk to ask when the ac and wifi would be on. The answer was when the "system" starts working. At this point it had been over an hour since the power was back on. When asked if the hotel was going to call in someone to fix the ac the answer was no. It will have to wait. The front desk stated that the GM "Lance" was sleeping and it was to late to wake him to escalate the issue.

I didn't have a great experience! First I found a used wash cloth in my shower. The next day after work I got some ice from the 3rd floor ice machine for a drink. with the lights at the mini bar I noticed something in the Ice black specks. I took my glass to the staff and I felt like at first they didn't believe me. After a trip outside in the sun they agreed they could see it. The Staff did apologized and told me they had just recently had an inspection with no problems. They also assured me they would turn off the machine. The next day it was back on. Other than that it would of got 4 star's

Stayed overnight after an event at Ford Field and visited the Zoo the next day. The room was comfortable and roomy. We didn't have a chance to use the pool, but it looked nice. By far the favorite part was breakfast. There was a bunch of fresh and tasty items to choose from. Definitely would stay again.

Check in short and sweet. Staff friendly and professional. Rooms nice: attractive, modern, clean and roomy. Indoor pool and Jacuzzi area is warm, clean and safe. My family and I enjoyed greatly enjoyed our stay.
