The hotel is in a convenient location. Very clean as you arrive in the lobby, and remains throughout hotel, and the rooms, bathroom are remarkably clean. Refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig in room. Restaurant/bar on in hotel. Good menu choices, and the bartender on duty on the night of my stay was an entertainer in disguise, so my dining experience, including all others dining, had a fabulous time. The check in and out process is a breeze, and staff very helpful. Also, this morning, although I woke up an hour before breakfast open at the restaurant, and the staff was busy prepping, time was still taken to accommodate me. Service is above and beyond. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Great normal hotel. The rooms were nice and service was good. Easy acess to elevators and rooms. And good breakfast for a hotel. I enjoyed my stay and have no complaints at all.

We are spending 2-3 weekends a month in the area for youth sports. We have been here several times so far and each time the staff has been super courteous, very friendly, and all around nice. The rooms are neat, clean, and roomy enough for a family of 4, luggage, and sports equipment. We all look forward to our winter weekend home.

Although the breakfast was not complimentary our stay was very nice. It was peaceful and clean. The staff that we encountered was very friendly and helpful. They made our stay very pleasant and comfortable. Thumbs up Terrell and Kimberly.

Very nice hotel that's been recently renovated. There is a small bar area adjacent to the lobby and ballroom/meeting room space on the ground floor. Expect all the standard amenities from a Hilton Garden Inn property.

Our experience was very pleasant. Staff were helpful and friendly. Our first room was extremely warm and the AC was not working, so they were able to quickly change us to a new room. The hallways seemed noisy from inside our room as doors loudly closed throughout the night, but our overall experience was good.

Rooms are clean, style is modem, service is satisfactory. Would stay again. Location isn't ideal if wanted to be closer to Detroit or Ann Arbor, about 30-40 minutes either way.

Reception staff has never been friendly; only rude. Rooms have not been clean on more than one occasion. We had to call someone up to clean the dirty tub before we could use it. I would highly recommend staying somewhere else. You'll get a cleaner room and be treated better as well.

Stayed here for three nights for a work conference. The conference was located in the hotels lecture rooms. Hotel stay: Standard hotel. Room was adequet. No complaint. Lecure Rooms: Great accommodations by staff. Coffee water. All good. A+

I'm getting married October of 2017! I looked into the Hilton garden inn-Southfield for my wedding reception. I spoke with Patty Dew about the wedding packages and other things regarding having a wedding reception there. I met with Patty Dew and she "SOLD" the Hilton to me. I fell in love with Patty. Her ideas for my big day were exactly what I was looking for. I booked the Hilton because I loved the idea of her being apart of my special day. I've been corresponding with Patty Dew for MONTHS about the ends and outs of my big day. I called the hotel a couple of days ago to speak with her. To my SHOCK she had been let go!!! To say I'm upset would be an understatement! It's so unfortunate that I have get to know someone and give them my vision to ensure my day goes as planned. I wish she would have been able to complete the wedding process with the weddings that she booked. At least for the sake of the soon to be bride! (Sigh)

I stayed here for the weekend of my sister's wedding, the staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a ton of stuff that we needed to store for the festivities and they offered us a locked storage room, which was extremely helpful. They helped us move everything as many times as we needed. The staff absolutely went above and beyond to make sure that everything went as smoothly as possible! Everything was great!

Fantastic location for business travel, within a couple of minutes to all major local highways with lots of nearby amenities for travelers. Hotel is nice and clean (with solid and fast WiFi), and as of March 2017 were doing some renovation but I barely noticed. Really liked this hotel and will be back.

Had a business training event at this Hilton. The location, although odd, is easy enough to get to. It is right off the highway so it does have a significant amount of road noise, so sitting outside in lunch isn't the best. The inside and amenities were nice, as was our room for training. I was a little bothered by our malfunctioning projector - the image would cut in and out and was of obscene resolution. Add to it their lackluster wifi and you have a difficult training event. But the food was excellent, parking easily available and the staff friendly and smiling.
