Was here 1 night for business travel. Hotel is good for business, clean with spacious rooms. Was bumped up to a suite which was even larger. Continental Breakfast that was included could best described as pitiful.
All in all, the accommodations were sufficient and I would stay again.
We were there for one night with extended family. We all enjoyed our experience there for the weekend. Thank you to the staff and employees for making our stay an enjoyable one. We hope to stay here again one day.
Sonesta is an amazing hotel especially for the price. The rooms are spacious and well kept. This last room though had a few issues. Room 344 had loose tiles in the bathroom, the rolling desk chair was extremely loose, two lights bulbs were burnt out and a third that was unscrewed, and this was the second room that the conditioner pump in the bathroom didn't work. But the cleanliness, hospitality and overall homey feel is well worth it.
Clean and comfortable rooms with swimming pool and small play area. Located at a place where you can reach easily from Airport , close to the intersection of I75 and M59. The Front desk and management persons are so friendly and helpful and they strive to make you feel at home. They take suggestions for improvement very seriously and implement ASAP. Highly recommended for long stays
Great place to stay most comfortable bed and pillows.. animal friendly for a small deposit and great staff
Sonesta was a great place to spend a few days! Staff was friendly and engaging, and very helpful in giving us driving directions, even providing us with a huge umbrella when we had to go out into a bad thunderstorm! We wish there was a location in our little town of Grand Junction

Clean rooms, friendly staff, breakfast everyday which is ok nothing fancy, great place for a long term stays. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays they offer dinner which is also nice. 4 stars because of two reasons.
1) The "fitness center" is really small. Only 1 treadmill, 1 Elliptical and some dumbbells.
2) The washing room only have 2 washing machines. It's easier to win the lottery than finding an empty machine to wash your clothes.
Stayed with a group of friends, we had a couple of the suites. Beautiful roomy suites: 2 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens and a pull-out sofa queen) 2 full bathrooms, living room, and full kitchen complete with real dishes and a dishwasher. In the courtyard is a picnic area, small pool, tenns court, and large gas grill available to guests. In the morning, they served a breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, a fresh fruit bar, bagels, assorted cereals, coffee and juice.
The rooms were clean and spacious. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms, but didn't find towels in the kitchen. The full refrigerator had it's own ice maker. The kitchen also had a microwave and stove. The showers had dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The beds were just the right amount of firm and softness and the comforters allowed for good body temp regulation.
Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel not to far from the highway so it easy to get to where you need to go. It felt like home away from home. Can't wait to go back!
This hotel was absolutely beautiful and looks brand new. It isn't far from a lot of attractions, but isn't in the middle of it either, it is just quietly tucked into a row of hotels on the same road. Sonesta had very comfortable bedding, everything you could need for a kitchen, a modern bathroom, and friendly and respectful staff. I would love to stay here again!
Stopped to use the bathroom here 5 out of 5 bathroom - near the front desk. Bathroom was clean. Hands free toilet flush. Soap smelled nice. STRONEST AIR HAND DRYER EVER. Full body mirror. Will be using this restroom again.
The rooms are very nice and the staff is super friendly and helpful. They helped make a long business trip much easier. Love all of the amenities, wish it was warm enough to enjoy the pool.
Not being familiar with the area, I was wary of which hotel to choose. I chose this one based on the reviews and it lived up to expectations! My room was clean and modern, staff was friendly, parking was free, as was breakfast in the morning! It was my first time staying at a Sonesta hotel and I know I definitely will again.
Was a great stay but we wanted to use the pool and online stated they had a heated pool but it never said that it was outside and was not open yet. We where so sad and had to find a place so the kids could swim because they where excited to go.
Very comfortable, clean, and modern. Mostly a good experience, but weird nods to price consciousness like nice upgraded toilet paper holder with narrow rolls of stiff paper and shower curtains that are too short. As a suite hotel, it's more than I really need, but having a refrigerator and a microwave oven is very nice. Wish they had an on-site restaurant or bar, but they do have a convenience store open 24 hours. The breakfast buffet is decent too. After a year of travelling in and out of this area, thus is the first time I've stayed here and there's a good chance it may become my go-to hotel in Auburn Hills
