My daughter and I️ love this place, I️ give a get together every year her 😊, she don’t going to any other hotel at all and we will be there this year for her 13th birthday. The staff are very nice the hotel is very clean and well maintain I️ will recommend to anyone 😊

Some rooms have new thermostats, while others had older ones that did not really heat up or cool down very well. The beds are comfy, and they have a few channels to watch on tv. The shower and toilet is in its own little room, the sink is right out side the shower.

Nice rooms and the hot breakfast is always great. Many restaurants and places to visit within walking distance.

Excellent hotel. My room felt very clean and the hotels appears to be very well kept. Excellent breakfast choices available in the lobby and they try to accommodate any request a guest has. Not my first time at this hotel and definitely not the last. One small thing I️ would of changed is the mattress. Personally it was too soft for me but I️ guess nothing is perfect.

The hotel and rooms was nice. And I was exceptionly impressed on how friendly and helpful the staff was. I liked the fact that you could have a meal 24/7. The breakfast wasn't bad either. But for the money, microwaves should be readily and available in the rooms. Also, for the money, it would be even nicer if the hotel had a hot tub available in the pool room. If not then jacuzzi rooms should be an option. Over all I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Place Utica.

Awesome hotel and staff. Breakfast selections were great. Very clean.
One complaint, not on the hotelbut the Hall rd construction makes it very difficult for traveling in that area.

Loved it! We stayed here after our wedding reception. We got a cute wedding gift on our bed. Everything was clean and classy. My guests loved it as well!

Great stay our king suite was very spacious. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Fridge did not have freezer space, no microwave. Coffee pot single brew was great.
Hotel staff every step of the way were Genuinely very pleasant. Very helpful

This is all over having an upset stomach 🤢and key cards not working
Overall would have gave them four stars
I did not like that the bed was well broken in.💏
Well anyway, some thing is policy should be asked. A simple question is there anyone with you that needs to be on your account. WOW

What I get is the person needs be be here to put you on. I Got so irritated if that person was here😤😒 I think they would have went and got the cards not me. Then I was told you can have them call. if the numbers match fine I'll do it. I'm like cool☺

And she said O there is a restroom right there.🤔 so over it. Pros: SUPER comfortable bed, AC works great, the furniture is comfortable. The shower has a multi setting head with great water pressure, the free breakfast is high quality with nice variety, and my few requests have been met with positive, helpful staff. Cons: the TV is of substandard quality.

The hotel is beautiful very clean even the restrooms were playing. The meeting room where I was located was very clean and spacious the carpet was very soft. The staff was very nice even though we weren't guests there as in sleeping, they still were very courteous to us.

Nice place. The rooms are very roomy and nicely decorated. The towels are luxurious. The closet is a bit cramped and hard to get to. There's a mini bar in the room with a frig, sink and coffee maker. There is no microwave but I used the one in the breakfast room when I wanted to make popcorn. The shower and toilet are in a tiny bathroom with a door but the sink is outside across from the bed. There are two full length mirrors. There is a big sitting area. The fitness room is minimal with a bike, elliptical and two treadmills. The breakfast was OK. There is a tiny bar in the lobby if you want a drink. There was a lot of road construction when I was there so it was a bit tricky to get in. The staff was friendly.

Great location near Dave and Buster's made this an ideal location for the young at heart and those with children. This hotel offers alot in terms of included amenities. The rooms were large and a had feel of a luxury suite more suited for a trendy downtown. The beds were comfortable and the continental breakfast featured Starbucks coffee. Definitely recommend staying here when in the area.
