Great place to park your car and fly out of Detroit Metro airport.
The room was clean and quiet and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. There was coffee in the lobby for the 4am shuttle to the airport and love that you can leave your car right in their parking log.

Stay here frequently. Little bit of food is very close by, and the gas station right out front is great for a quick bite. Staff is always friendly. Rooms always clean. Rate is excellent. Plenty of bang for the buck.

Great price, clean, pretty quiet until housekeeping starts cleaning in the morning. Breakfast is free and average. Crews can opt to check out st 5pm no additional charge with proper airline ID which is awesome. Comfortable bed and smart TV with access to Netflix. Rooms are available on the first floor for wheelchair access as well. Staff is wonderful!!

It was a pretty great for what I paid for! The front desk lady was amazing, checking in was pretty fast. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good too. It had a lot of different options. The only minor things that I'd have to say about this hotel was that there was a few cosmetic details that could have been fixed and that the toilet was have to say about this hotel was that there's a few cosmetic details that could have been fixed and that the toilet was a little low if you're a tall person. Overall, it was great and a great value. Other than that I would definitely stay there again!

Hotel close to airport for early or late flights. Reasonably price hotel. Comfy bed/room. Little restaurant with incredibly yummy food. Friendly and helpful staff. I would stay again.

The location is ideal of you are flying in and out. However, it really needs updating and deep cleaning. I reached behind the night stand to plug in the floor lamp, and my hand went directly into a wad of cobwebs. Some of the plugs were not secured into the wall and there was a hole in the wall next to the toilet. Bed was really clean and comfortable, but if you want to compete with the big dogs (Marriott, Hilton, etc), you have to attend to those details.

The staff work very hard to make your stay enjoyable and the rooms are very clean thanks to the housekeepers. The restaurant. Has very good food and ALL the staff work together. Everyone there deserves credit for making your stay a memorable one

I stay here all the time, and really recommend it. In fact, I started staying at some other hotels nearby when they raised their rates, but I'm back. The airport shuttle is prompt and good, hot breakfast is worthwhile, and I really enjoy staying here while waiting for a flight.

I only stayed one night due to a missed connection with delta. Delta put me up at Clarion. It looked old and grimes outside, but inside was a pleasant surprise! Renovated and clean. Only complaint was it was difficult to order room service. No one would answer the phone. But otherwise it was a great stay. Very comfortable.

Over the years, we have stayed at various hotels in the vicinity of the Detroit airport for when we are on early flights leaving on vacation from DTW. The Clarion Hotel Detroit Metro Airport was one of our better stays. The complimentary breakfast provided is definitely above average as far as what most hotels offer. Our stay was uneventful, our room was nice and clean, and we had no issues. There are several restaurants on the same block to have a late dinner at if needed (as we did). We were happy with our time here for a quick one night stay and will likely choose the Clarion again in the future.

Very nice hotel, definitely higher class than most, pleasant Staff. Check-in went quickly and pleasantly. The room was spotless. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. There is a full-service restaurant and bar in the hotel. Inside courtyard windows have a pretty view of the gazebo and pool. When we were pulling the cart full of luggage, we were asked 2 different times, by different Staff, whether they could help us. Everyone we talked to there was service oriented, very pleasant. The hotel is across the street from a busy airport, but we never heard an airplane in our room. The curtains closed all the light out at night.
