The hotel was really nice aesthetically and staff was great. It did seem like they had a lot of mechanical issues in the rooms, from thermostat issues to loud drains not stopping to leaking windows. The furniture was nice but some of the stuff made it hard to sleep.

Pool hours were incorrect online! After reviewing pool hours online to be 24 hours, we arrived at the pool to find out pool closed at 11:00p. We told the woman behind the counter that online it said 24 hours and she confessed that “she had gone to management about several incorrect issues online including the shuttle”. We asked if we were able to use it all being over the age of 25 and she declined. If your management team is telling customers that there are issues with the website, please correct the issues!! The rooms were clean and beautiful, but overall disappointed with the inconsistent information and the lack of management follow through.

Clean, good service, helpful staff Springhill suites is one of my favorites of the Marriott brand and this one did not disappoint. Normally I am by myself on business but my wife was with me this time and she liked it as well.

Staying here for a week for work. This hotel is amazing. The staff is very polite and the rooms are beautiful. Location is near everything you need from restaurants to Target. There is a pool and workout space as well. Couldn't be more pleased with my stay.

Great location. Every time you flush the toilet he keeps running. You have to jiggle the handle to get it to stop. Awkward light switches turn off on their own overtime. The light in the bathroom is really low and is connected to vent as well which is very loud. It's very difficult to see the television from the bed due to the partition. Contemporary layout and Design in bed and couches are very comfortable.

This being a fairly new hotel was fresh and modern. Really good full breakfast. They provide a computer on the lobby wall for most any inquiry. Price is great. Would stay at only their hotels if they all looked like this one.

We have stayed there before and it was a whole lot better than it was this time. The air conditioner was not working. The breakfast bar was not as good as it has been in the past. We will reconsider staying there next time.

The hotel was easy to find and the lobby was busy and loud upon our arrival. Check-in was very quick and hotel staff was courteous. The building was clean and for a hotel with a pool of of the lobby I was impressed that there was no overpowering chlorine smell. Our room was what I would expect for the price paid. The newer, contemporary style sets it apart from most of the other hotels we looked at in this price range in the area. The room was clean, smelled nicely and was well thought out. The only negatives were that my wife thought the mattress was too soft (I liked it quite a bit), and the thermostat didn't seem to work (although the room was mostly comfortable temperature wise). Additional pillows were requested and were delivered promptly and courteously. Overall, this was a wonderful hotel experience and I will gladly book again when I return to the area!

Stayed only for one night with my wife and 3 kids on our way to Tennessee. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the rooms and lobby were clean and organized. Size of room was spacious, the hot breakfast was very good. The pool was not huge, but the kids enjoyed it very much. The price is also very competitive. Would definitely recommend to anyone. If we are ever in the area we will stay again. Great job!

This hotel was amazing. No way around it. The service, cleanliness, breakfast, the way they went above and beyond to help us. (A very kind lady at the front desk mailed something very special to use that we had forgotten.) Will definitely stay here again. Literally the best hotel we've ever stayed at!
