Two guys at counter during check in were super awesome and friendly. The staff was really friendly and nice the entire time. The pool area was clean and very inviting. Breakfast was great both mornings. Room was very clean.

Comfy beds. Friendly staff. Hot breakfast. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool. The water temperature could be a bit warmer. Overall we had an enjoyable stay.

We always stay at this hotel when we visit Cincinnati. Even though the hotel is getting a bit dated, it is always clean and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast always has a good variety and us well stocked with. The location is convenient to the airport and downtown Cincinnati.

We spent three nights and the moment we walked into our room, there was a "funky" odor. We asked several times for some air freshener. On our last night there we stopped at front desk to ask about places to go eat. As soon as we walked up to the desk, we were asked if anyone ever sprayed our room? As soon as we said "no", that young man dissapeared. When we got up to our room we found that he hurried up there and sprayed. The spread on the foot of the bed was damp. When we came back from dinner, the spray scent was gone and the old smell was back. The second day the housekeeper didn't clean coffee maker, old coffee still in it, there was no coffee left for the next morning. Our room was never vacuumed, we know this because crumbs from the first night were still on the floor the morning we checked out. There is more but I won't continue. Breakfast was provided and very good. The young lady working in the dinning area did a great job of keeping everything filled and the area clean. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. My complaints all have to do with housekeeping. They either need training or firing.

Clean rooms, great sound be control walls. Couldn't hear the planes much and even though I heard a baby crying next door when we were in the hall, I could not hear it while in our room. Continental breakfast was ok, limited but enough where you had choices. Cleaning staff always seemed to be at work and staff was very friendly. Overall a good hotel!

Facility was clean. The rates were affordable. Everything was easily accessible. Continental breakfast was great and provided at no cost. Front desk staff at night could use a little more training. Aside from that, my stay was satisfactory.

Overall nice place to stay. Clean enough. Fresh cookies in the evening, plenty of coffee tea & hot cocoa available too. Nice pool & hot tub. Breakfast has plentiful options, including make your own waffles. A few minor issues like faucet in shower/bath is backwards & operated oddly. An extra sink in the room didn't have cold water, only warm/hot. Nice amenities in room: microwave, fridge, coffee maker, etc. We would stay here again.

10 out 10 rating! Excellent rooms and a great complimentary breakfast! Would recommend Country Inn & Suites to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, classy motel.

I don't give 5 stars easily. We were a group of 6 staying at the Country Inn & Suites, Hebron, KY on May 30, 2017 to see "The Ark". Though its not the closest hotel to "The Ark" it was well worth it to drive a bit farther. What matters most to me is customer service when there is a concern. We did have an immediate issue with the suite and my specific request to accommodate us was something most hotels may not be willing to do. Kudos to Jim/front desk who stepped up to the plate and authorized my request and to Webster who bent over backwards to make our stay a pleasant one. The dining area was well staffed and the breakfast was enjoyed by all. Thanks, Jim & Webster!

This hotel seems to be pretty new. It is really clean, the beds are comfortable, the pool is large and indoors. They also have a large hot tub. The breakfast was hot and fresh. We had a great stay. This is a good place to stay if you are going to the Creation Museum.

This hotel is super cute! It had a very homey feel to it. The staff is excellent, very friendly & attentive. Cookies & hot chocolate 24/7 in the lobby. The breakfast is amazing, they provide every item you could possibly want. Has a pool & hot tub. However, pool room was extremely cold & spa was broken. Very upset with that. Spacious rooms with Wi-Fi.

First time ever staying at this hotel. We stayed here because it was a recommended hotel by Perfect North Slopes. I called as the website suggested and ask about the skin package. I was told it was $100 for night one and $150 for night two and it included two ski lift tickets. Not. When we check in our ski lift tickets weren't even there so they had to figure out how to get it to us. The next thing I know I have a $400+ charge in my credit card the next evening. Not only were they charging me for the two ski lift tickets, they were charging me for a total of four. Two for each day. We didn't get in till late Friday evening so using them would be impossible. Not to mention when I called we even had the conversation that the two ski lift tickets were a $104 dollar savings. $52 for each ticket. So I was completely taken off guard. They did credit my credit card account of $80. However there were better ski package deals I could have chosen beside this hotel. I felt very deceived.
Other factors of why I would not stay. I often stay at Marriott, Hilton and Holiday Inn express and each of their hot breakfast beats this place hands downs.
In addition hot water went out but they got it fix, and then the elevator broke down the day we were leaving. Lastly, the fire alarm went off at 200am in the morning. No fault of theirs but I find it ridiculous when it's a false alarm that the only people who can disarm the alarm is the fireman. I understand there maybe regulations etc. but for goodness sakes.
I will not return here for sure or and possible would not eve consider a Carlson Hotel in the future.response / report this review
