Clean rooms. Conveniently located to ball parks. Hotel staff recommended $1 shuttle (not walking) to games. Nice bar and coffee bar

After coming into town and booking at a undeseriable location where we decided not to stay; we found this hotel. The staff was incredible and even though we booked at the last minute, they were able to get us a room and front desk staff provided breakfast on them because we had to wait a couple hours for check in because a room wasn't available at that exact time. The room was clean, upgraded, and we loved the location. Perfect for our overnight stay to enjoy Cincinnati!

The hotel is nice, however the room had a smell that we couldn't get rid of. For the price we paid there should be nothing wrong. My eyes was pleased however my nose was not!

I had an event there and I must say the process was very difficult. Mick Douthat Needs to be retrained because he is very rude. I had to rebook my bridal shower twice because he gave us dates and as the dates approached he told us they were never booked. It got to the point where I had to start recording our conversations because I could not believe how he was treating us. If I could upload them on this review I would. He also went as far as running my card when he wasn't authorized to do so. He was authorized to take money from my account August 26th but for some reason he did so in advance. Never received an explanation why? My question about it was basically ignored.The day of my bridal shower everything ran smooth and the staff there at the time was very friendly. But trying to book an special event like this through MICK WAS HELL!

Overall, our stay was good. The room was clean, bathroom was clean, lobby and restaurant were nice. The bed was comfy and the room wasn't small/cramped. My only complaint is that the outlets need to be replaced. I could not use the outlets in the bathroom and barely was able to use the outlet that the coffee maker was plugged in to. The outlets were too big for the things I wanted to plug in and everything fell out. This made it very difficult to straighten my hair for the wedding we were leaving to go to. It did look like the hotel was making strides to make updates so hopefully the outlets are on the list!

Room was nice and updated, but you could tell the building was a little dated. Outlets didn't seem as strong and our items fell out. Bed and bathroom were clean but the couch in the room had some stains on it. The breakfast buffet was very nice. No issues or complaints there. Overall, it was a good experience and the minor issues listed wouldn't deter me from staying again.

The people are always super nice here. We stay here a lot when traveling for medical reasons. My daughter and I were able to enjoy the pool this time. It was clean and relaxing. I like that they play music outside so that you have something to listen to while swimming.

Had a pleasant experience on our way through. Request linens for the pull out sofa if necessary from the front desk. Called the day before to let them know I'd be having a late check in. Very responsive and great experiences with all the staff I interacted with.

We tried this hotel again since they said it had been remodeled. Unfortunately, the remodeling included frosted glass sliding doors on the bathrooms. If you get up at night and turn on the bathroom light it shines through that door so brightly that it's like turning on the light in the room with the bed too. I don't know what they were thinking but we won't be back.
